I’ve been going to the Franklin Tailor Shop for 12 years and have never had a problem. They do nice work at reasonable prices, and they are friendly and professional.

I have had countless items adjusted, they did such a perfect job and with a very reasonable price. They are very professional, and deliver on the promised date. They even adjusted a suit for me in 4 hours when I had a flight to catch for a job interview, after they were done with it looked better than when I bought it. I am moving away and this is the shop i am going to miss most in this area.

Very popular tailor locally but I had a horrible experience here. I had specifically requested jeans be hemmed a certain way(more than once, in fact the seamstress got annoyed with me and was like«I understand») But when I went to pick up my jeans they didn’t follow my request and the jeans were all but ruined. Since I hadn’t been there before, the price didn’t make me think one way or another. When i went to pick them up they told me they would fix it. I reassured them that I believed them but asked them to put it in writing that if I wasn’t happy they would pay for the jeans, which they did.(I gave the«I believe you but I watch too much Judge Judy speech») When i called to pick up the pants they asked me to go to the nearby dry cleaners and she would get them for me since they close at 3 or 4 in the afternoon. They said they do this all the time. The woman was a horrible, horrible person. She refused to help me, and was very, very rude– passing unfounded accusations about what had occurred. I’ll admit, I fed in to her horrible personality and gave it right back to her, but she was awful! I left the store without my pants. I sent my husband a day later to pick up the pants. The cuffs didn’t match(my husband is not very picky) and he requested a refund per the written agreement. They refused initially but after realizing they had provided it in writing, and after all of the inconvenience and verbal abuse from their friend at the dry cleaner that we weren’t backing down, they paid for the pants. What a mess! I would never, ever, ever go back there. That being said, ultimately they did pay for the pants, but they were 100% wrong. There was nothing unclear about what I had requested. And their friend at the dry cleaner, there are not even words to describe her besides to wish her well and hope she gets the help she needs. They now have a sign posted about jean cuffs, which doesn’t do a whole lot of good if you don’t listen to the customer because it’s not like I didn’t ask several times. Sorry for the long post but people should know this before taking your clothes there! Cheers!
