Drive through shorted me 3 bagels, Called to let them know and the manager asked the girl how many she put in the bag, She says 12 and he says sorry she says she put them all in the bag, I will check the video and call you back… ya right 3 bagels i don’t care about the $ 3. sorry sir next time you come in we will make it right would work… Never buy anything here again. 2÷25÷2016 at 8:05 AM.

I never really appreciated this Tim hortons until recently they always get my coffee right and are so friendly!

New modern store,. I like coming to this location because it feels like you’re at a café working on your laptop than other tim hortons stores. Great location. It needed one in this area and its super close to the free way.

Not only do they serve excellent coffee and food quickly and professionally, the manager, Sal, and his crew are knights in shining armor! I pulled up to the drive-​thru on Sunday, January 3 for some coffee and a doughnut to take with me to work on some year-​end tax stuff, and my car DIED IN THE DRIVE-​THRU! So close to the window I couldn’t get out without crawling over the passenger seat… I immediately told the girl how sorry I was, but that my car wouldn’t start. Within 2 minutes, Sal was outside, along with staff who quickly and efficiently took care of the other customers in the drive-​thru line. In the meantime, Sal did everything he could to help me get my car started again… and the customer behind me in line volunteered to jump start the battery. That worked enough to move the car out of the drive-​thru lane, then Sal went above and beyond by going to the gas station next door, buying a gas can and filling it with gas, then putting it in my car so it would stay started so I could get it someplace to get it fixed! This had been my favorite Tim Horton’s location because of convenience to work and excellent coffee and food; now it’s the one I will patronize no matter what! Many thanks to Sal and his Sunday crew for the GREAT customer service!

Terrible service… The staff lack of professionalism is horrific on a consistent bases. New Years Day the store sign clearly said 9am open. As myself and 4 other people waited in the drive thru line. A young man walked up to cars saying the location opened at 10am. The sign clearly says 9am the employee stated that was the time employees came in. Hmmmm I have never heard of such a thing when I questionsed his response and mentioned the sign he said ummmm we should be open at 10.

Had coffee, muffin and donut. There is free WiFi who are willing to sit and work while having coffee. Coffee and muffin were excellent. then why a star is less?. I can see the drive thru is busy and employees where serving there. No one in the register to serve the customers coming inside the store. After a minute, we were served. I will stop by during breakfast and try some breakfast items.

After discovering they were opening a Tim Horton’s here I became content with life, because my hockey rink (suburban ice) is only a hop, skip and a jump away from here and playing at 6am is rough. This Timmy Ho’s location is new, so they always have the latest released products. Compared to other places, this one just seems to get it right. They have never messed up my order and fulfill fast in the drive through, esp. in the morning when you just need that coffee. I don’t think I’ve ever waited too long in the line to get breakfast, so good job!
When Tim’s does the yearly roll up the rim I was going to this place constantly, because other places weren’t capable of scanning the codes, their systems were down or would give me some other bs excuse. So this is became my go-​to Tim’s.

GREAT Timmy Ho’s location. Our standby is the one in Northville on 6 and Haggerty but when we’re in this area, this is the one we hit up.
It’s a brand new location, it just opened up around January. It is modern, clean and extremely neat inside. The trays with donuts and treats look impeccable, they are stacked as if they were getting ready for a photoshoot pretty much every time I’m here.
The location is open from 4am to midnight, 7 days a week and it has a drive thru. The interior is comfy, there are high tables, some half booths and a little sitting nook with chairs and a fireplace/​tv combo. I’m used to a brown, old-​style Tim Hortons which shares it’s building with a stinky Wendy’s. so this one is 10x better in most regards.
