HORRIBLE experience. I was impressed with prices, but it was an awful experience. The woman doing my facial was so rough. I asked her many times to lighten the touch. She was hurting me. She seemed to ignore my requests. My face was raw when I left and so uncomfortable the next morning. I realize what I had done is mild discomfort procedure, but she scrubbed my face raw. She said I had sensitive skin (Only because She was using a big scrub brush and not a proper microdermabrasion wand) I have had it done at other places and NEVER felt like this… She didnt explain what she was doing, kept leaving the room, the steamer was on me about 45 min. The back room seemed dirty. She was speaking another language the whole time to her C0-worker. RUNNNNNNNN from this place.

I come here for my bikini waxes cause it’s cheap! $ 35 is nothing compared to most other places I’ve been, however they have burned me on multiple occasions and I am definitely a little more wary about coming here after that

I hate leaving bad reviews but I have to warn ladies about the waxing. I’ve gotten underarms and the Brazilian waxing done for the past 3 years and this is the worst one I have gotten ever. They didn’t use the right wax for the Brazilian and used the strips on the entire thing. I get waxed because I have sensitive skin and waxing helps eliminate some if not all razor bumps… after I was done with this place I felt super raw, had a irritation rash form immediately, was super swollen which has never happened to me before with waxing. When I got my armpits done, same thing and that’s a pretty tough area of skin, the women was just so rough though. Plus she missed a lot of hair under my arm pits where as in all other places they’ll tweeze stubborn hairs. It didn’t seem very hygienic for a hair removal service either. With waxing, if the place isn’t absolutely sanitary infection can set in. I will never go there again for anything.

I’d been there couple of times before as well, every time i’ve had ok experience, however, this last one was as worst as it could get. I take same service all the time (Waxing, Facial, Eyebrows, Protein pack), hence, my bills shouldn’t fluctuate and should be same always. However, I’d purchase Unilocal deals for this place, first of all the owner was quick shocked to learn i’ve a Unilocal voucher. i went there to use it i told her up front about the voucher, therefore she knew that i got some discount, at the time of payment she asked me how much i’d paid for the voucher, and then she bumped her price up so that she make me pay some amount over the value of voucher. Basically, the discount i received should be covered from me. If she had such a problem for providing discount she should have not offered such deal at the very first place. Total rip off place!!!

When 2 yrs back I moved to Michigan i was so nervous about going to a new place. But i had an absolutely wonderful experience at glamour looks. Since then i have never been to any other salon. From the moment I walked in the door I experienced professionalism. Nice girls excellent skills and preet did an amazing job :). The staff knows what they are doing. So whether its my eyebrows, waxing, facial or hair cut, glamour looks is my only Stop.

It was undoubtedly the worst experience getting a haircut. I went in feeling quite hopeful and came out pretty feeling quite frazzled. The owner, Preeti, cut my hair. She was very ROUGH, pulled my hair and worst of all left an INJURY on my scalp that took weeks to heal. It’s unbelievable how callous she was. It was a very unprofessional job. Having a bad haircut is one thing but injuring your client is another.
Overall, this place is ok for just getting your eyebrows, upper lip and chin done.
I also read people’s reviews on her facials and each one is worse than the previous.
BOTTOM LINE — Stay away from this place!

I went in to wax my arms and get eyebrows threaded… The woman who waxed me was incredibly unprofessional. She actually made comments on how much hair I had and how terrible the mount of hair I had was… WHY ELSE AM I HERE??? Secondly, eyebrow threading is inconsistent and the owner and ladies who work under her a pretty rude. Hit or miss with these women, never going again. RUDE RUDE RUDE!
Oh, also the owner kept peeking in the wax room telling the woman to hurry because another client was waiting for hair or something. ARE YOU KIDDING ME… I got bruised!

Do NOT bother with this place! Was enticed by the affordability of the Brazilian wax and have never been in so much pain (and I’ve been tattooed!). Horrible service, waited for easily an hour and felt so disregarded when I was sweating from pain. Extremely unprofessional-even disclosed personal information about the girl that was waxed right before me. There were hairs left afterward and I had to lay in bed icing for that night. Couldn’t even think about having my boyfriend over-felt anything but sexy. This was the absolute worst possible first experience for me and two weeks later hair is already returning so I’m assuming most of the hair was just broken off.
NEVER again.

this place is terrible. mani/pedi was mediocre, they forgot me in the back room — mind u i made the appt 2 weeks prior… one woman struggling with 10 clients way after closing time. totally ripped me apart for my wax. waxing room is disgusting and dirty. she was crunching for time and barely spent 5 min with me. left the frickin door open during my wax!!! someone even knocked at the open door to ask where the restroom is. good thing i wasnt facing that way! do not waste your money!!! wish i wouldve spent an extra few bucks and went somewhere actually professional. totally traumatized and in pain!!! stay away from this place!!! i even told her i’m in pain and all she could say was ‘yea yea i’m almost done’. disgusting!!!

Went here for an eyebrow threading. I recently moved here from out of state so obviously I had to find a new place to go to. I had a long wait (abt 30 min, which is absurd for eyebrows) & they were done too thin. Other than that the lady was polite & pricing reasonable.

You get what you pay for and this is certainly the cheapest salon I’ve ever been to. My home salon is in Miami, & I don’t know why I was expecting much coming here but was in town for a wedding I needed to get my eyebrows and upper lip threaded. As soon as I entered I almost walked out the door because within 10 seconds of entering I was shouted at very rudely by the front desk ladies. Then they kept calling me sweetie and hun, and as a 32 year old woman I found this to be quite insulting from girls that are probably younger than myself. I should have followed my own gut and walked out the door. Because the threading was ten times more painful than I’m used to. At one point I actually felt as if the girl was purposefully trying to make it more painful. A great deal of bumps left on the skin and completely unsightly red skin for far too long. Extremely unprofessional, shockingly so. Caveat emptor

I called ahead to find out the price for color and partial highlights and when I went in they did more than partial and the price was significantly higher than I was told it would be. To make matters worse, the color faded quickly and the highlights faded from carmel to orange within 2 weeks :-(The staff was super nice and they’re open 7 days a week so they get 2 stars.

I went for a eyebrows, wax and haircut. She cut my eyebrows and there were so many gaps in my eyebrows it was very very very very badly done. It was so disappointing. No management. Even if you have an appointment you have to wait for a longer time. Very bad treatment to the customers. They didn’t even used dryer for my haircut. And the owner is bad too. I hated there treatment a lot. Don’t ever ever go to do anything there. I would prefer not to do any parlor activities rather than going there. Don’t try this. Veryyy bad.

I always get my eyebrows and facial done from this Salon. Prices are very reasonable but no compromise on quality. I go every month for microdermabrasion facial which helped in improving texture of my skin a lot as i had a lot of open pores because of acne. I am going to continue it in future too. I never have to tell Preet about making eyebrows. She always do a very good job and know how to give a better shape without any pain. I will definitely recommend everyone to go to this salon to enjoy their different services at reasonable prices:)
