Great service, our waitress was excellent and extremely helpful. The food is always amazing when we come here especially their Stromboli. Would recommend highly to anyone.

Great chef salad with meat and cheese pinwheels. Excellent Philly cheese steak sandwiches with homemade chips! This sandwich is huge.

My family was here for dinner. We had the calamari for an appetizer. It was quite chewy and fishy. I had a Greek salad which was very heavy handed on the cheese which I don’t mind. I had the chicken parmigiana which was decent. My kids said their chicken strips were delicious. First time probably last.

We both ordered the seafood ravioli. One order with marinara and the other with Alfredo. They were both very good. The service was good and the prices were great. This place is underrated. Give it a try.

I had the seafood ravioli with red sauce and it was good. Keep in mind this is not the Hill in St. Louis but good for Farmington. I know Steak and Shake are not good in Farmington but usually good everywhere else. The garlic buns are big and yummy too.

We had 4 negative experiences while there this afternoon for lunch. 1. My mother has Celiac’s Disease & she simply said«do you have a gluten free -»(was cut off before saying menu) & the waitress quickly said«no.» I knew my mother didn’t get a thought out answer. I then asked«you don’t have any gluten free items on the menu» & still was given a very short«no.» She then told us she would give us a minute to look over the menu. We talked about it amongst ourselves. We saw salads on the menu which often can be made without gluten, but the waitress confidently gave us her one word answer twice. I personally thought she was being rude. I feel like she could have given her answer a little bit more thought & been a little nicer. With that being said I told her we could go somewhere else, but she insisted we stay there so the rest of us could eat now. When the waitress returned my mother decided to give it one more try & she started by apologetically telling the waitress what gluten could be found in & asked about the salads(actually about possible croutons or seasonings in the dressings) & the waitress said in a condescending tone«it has lettuce, I don’t think there is gluten in lettuce.» So I asked about the other ingredients & finally she started to clarify. Mom did get a salad & she said it was just okay. 2. I ordered Eggplant Parmesan & it was the worst I’ve ever had. The noodles & sauce were under par, the eggplant was tough & slightly bitter. I tried peeling the breading & cheese off of it & removing the eggplant from my plate & really the breading wasn’t good either. It was all pretty terrible. I don’t consider myself a picky eater, I can usually still eat something if it’s at least okay, but I ate maybe a 5th of the dish before pushing it away. 3. The waitress came by quickly after giving us our meals & asked how everything was(the usual before you really get a chance to find out) & we said okay because it looked okay. Though when everyone else was finishing up she asked everyone but me if they wanted a box to take home their food. She saw practically my entire meal sitting there & just asked if I was finished with mine to take mine. She didn’t address it at all. 4. I never was offered a refill. The new location is a much nicer atmosphere. That’s the only positive I could say. I just wish 12 West had been open on Sundays. That’s why we originally drove from DeSoto to Farmington. Overall disappointing!

Not bad. Decent food and plenty of it. You won’t go hungry that’s for sure. The staff was good and service was quick. I will return again. Oh, the ambiance reminded me a bit of SanFrancisco, a little industrial but comfortable.
