I ordered a carpet runner from this store for our hard wood stairs. The gentleman working there was helpful when I was trying to pick a carpet for the runner. He explained the differences in quality and what would look good. He even went so far as to explain which naps would show the footprints and which wouldn’t show. In addition, I wanted to order an 8×10 area rug for our bedroom, but felt maybe my hubby should have an option to give his opinion. So they were willing to hold 2 rugs I liked for a few days until my hubby could come take a look at it. And since we were getting a runner made, we worked out a deal on the cost of the area rug, which was great.
I was referred to this company my the Costco flooring program, and since I feel that I am the Costco poster-​child I was comfortable with this choice.
I was very happy and would recommend this company to others.
