Had a nice lunch, dynamite shrimp was great, garlic noodles yummy but the orange peel chicken was just«OK». The tables are very tightly packed together, service was good.

The selection of different takes on food was impressive but they drown their food in heavy sauces so it was almost impossible to distinguish the food from the sauce… one time only

I love PF Chang’s. Ate here for the first time in probably 8 – 9 years. The food was just as good as I remember. Dined with 3 adults and 2 kids. We ordered Dumplings and Garlic Noodles Share and the entrees were Mongolian Beef, Chicken Wraps, Honey Chicken, my kids had Lo-Mein. Everything was delicious and the service was great. This location is quite far for me, but if I’m ever up that way again I would def come back.

We haven’t been back to this location since having kids because I wouldn’t consider it to be very kid friendly(at least for us we typically don’t take our kids to nicer/fancier places where they can disturb other people we stick to your typical family style restaurants) but I love PF Changs. This place is nice, clean, and the food is SO good! I can’t eat regular Chinese food any more. I only give 4 stars because the wait was always pretty long but that’s obvious because it’s clearly a place many people want to go to.

Good food nothing exceptional. I did enjoy the tempura green beans. Wait staff exceptional. Ambiance nice and interesting.

P.F. Changs is a solid 3. Different than your standard neighborhood Chinese restaurant, but not farm to table either. It’s a high(ER) end chain. Think Cheesecake Factory with more egg rolls. Food is enjoyable, plates and appetizers are sized well enough to share with your group, but service is really this spots down fall. It may be commonplace with chains, there’s no pride. Reservations meant nothing, a wait of 30 minutes even with them. I don’t need the red carpet but maybe offer a soda while we wait well past an acceptable mark? Our waiter was less than interested in servicing our table, I actually had to wave him down like I saw a college roommate I haven’t seen in ten years across the dining hall. At the end of it though, I was in fantastic company and the food really did meet everyone’s expectations. Would I go back? Sure.

I WAS the first to order and after my mom food and her awesome amazing boyfriend matt food came. Mine never came we ask a waitress and they say oops we forgot your meal. Seriously, what restaurant does that!!! At least they had good service except what happened.

Context: drove four hours today, very tired, third experience at a PF Chang’s, review is strictly about service(because PF Chang’s food is awesome, duh) Server: Renee Noteworthy points: –Renee made eye contact with each person at my table when speaking, spoke clearly, asked if there was anything else besides what we were already given that we could also need; –Renee checked in every five minutes; –both runners who delivered appetizers and entrees spoke with courtesy and respect, also checking to see that our orders were satisfactory; –busser was walking past as we quickly asked for a spoon — delivered quickly and handed to my girlfriend with care, eye contact, and a kind, «here you go»; –restaurant was packed and I noticed no table went more than 3 minutes without being turned over; –noticed that the other tables being served received the same respectful treatment as my table did; If you want to keep reading: –seated within 1 minute of walking into full restaraunt –another server overheard one my guests saying, «I need the server,» after she had walked past the table, turned around, & asked, «Is there something I can get you?»

Meh… it was ok; just ok. The atmosphere here is really neat, the resturant itself was very clean. Had dinner here and it didn’t blow me away. If the menu says spicy believe it. The staff was awesome. We were sat quickly, food came out quickly(almost to quickly) The price was OK right around $ 23 per person including tip. For the mall this is an ok option.

First of all, ask for Shane as your server. He’s honest, attentive, and very energetic. He made ordering easy and fun. Had the dynamite shrimp and chicken lettuce wraps for appetizers. Both were outstanding. There shrimp was gone in a few minutes with just two of us. We then had Spicy Chang Chicken and the new special Long Life Noodles and Prawns. The prawns were fried to perfection, and the noodles had tons of flavor. My girlfriend thoroughly enjoyed her chicken. First time, definitely not the last.

It took over an hour to get any food for lunch, and when it finally came out it was wrong. Tried to take a few bites but it didn’t taste good either. Not going back.

PF Changs no matter where I am, service is strong, food is always awesome and its great to know that the consistency nationwide can always be counted upon to satisfy.

I always have a good experience here. The service is good. Recently tried the 2 for 45 dinner and I think it is a good price for what you get– soup, appetizer, 2 entrees and dessert to share. I had the garlic noodles while a bit boring because they don’t come with a protein I thought made up for with red pepper flakes and garlic. If you love noodles these will hit the spot. My friend had the Pepper Steak which he enjoyed as well. The dynamite shrimp is just spicy enough and delicious! I also like that they have take out.

I’ve been to several PF Chang’s in different states. This one was my least favorite by far. I ordered the Pad Thai, and was fairly disappointed. The waitress overheard me complaining to my sister and was nice enough to take it off the bill. The only reason my rating is a 3 rather than a 1 star is because we received really good service. Our waitress was extremely friendly and accommodating. My uncle even treated her to a dessert because she was such a delight. Too bad the food wasn’t as good as the service.

It’s been about eight years since stepping foot in a PF Chang’s and I’m in no rush to return. Granted, I just stopped in for a quick happy hour meeting but that little preview of food and drink has me pretty turned off from heading back any time soon. Especially when Brio is right across the way. Service at the bar was fine — my dining companion’s pear mojito was terrific but my glass of cheap house cabernet came ice cold. Come on now. We shared the chicken lettuce wraps, tuna tartare, and a strange kale and quinoa yogurt dip that seemed totally out of place in an Asian fusion restaurant. The ground chicken was horrifically oversalted, and somehow the tuna tartare(usually a good standby) fell totally flat. Meh. What else can I say?

The place is beautiful. Its in a great location. The food was horrible. The spring rolls were extremely greasy, and cold in the inside, Yuck!!! The lettuce wrap was so salty we returned it. The coconut tofu was bland and flavorless, I could not taste any coconut in them. The service was bad. We sat at the bar and the bartender was not welcoming. It was happy hour so she might have an excuse but her service was unacceptable. The price was to much for the quality of the food. Overall it was an unpleasant experience. I won’t be going back anytime soon.

Went today and even with a full dining room our server did a great job. She checked in and followed up after our main dishes were served. For food the chicken lettuce wraps are a must!

Not many people read reviews for commercial chains, so I’ll keep this short and sweet. This location is just as good as any of the others. Last time I was in for dinner, I was sat within 10 mins on a busy night, the service was good, and the food was great as per usual. No reason why this has three stars.

Took my son & grand daughter out for son’s birthday. For starters to order you have to be a financial wizard. Waiter/server comes to table to take order. Each of us places our order & then waiter comes out with recommendation to order«family style» which supposedly would come out more economical. Family Style is not outlined in the menu so we had to listen to server’s explanation which for the life of me I did not understand so we vetoed family style. Then the server suggests ordering the«dinner for two» special seeing that my grand daughter is only 8 y/o & me & my son are adults. The dinner for two is described in the menu but because the lighting is so poor in the restaurant I couldn’t read it so once again had to listen to financial breakdown of dinner for two special. At this point it’s getting a bit ridiculous – everybody’s hungry & we just tell server we’ll order ala carte – whew. Appetizers, dumplings & wonton soup, were tasty but the portion size was fit for an anorexic 4 year old. The main courses were as follows – beef with broccoli= good, pepper steak= fair would have been better if there were some peppers & onions in the plate. It was also unexpectedly & without warning very spicy, lemon chicken= horrible, had some sugary nasty orange glazed sauce on top of bland chicken & should be renamed mystery orange chicken(eat at your own risk). For desert I mentioned to waiter that it’s my son’s birthday & could they do something special – well the best they could do is upgrade desert for regular price. Very good chocolate cake. As for the check, had to wait 20 minutes because waiter was having difficulty processing the discount accorded to the birthday dessert. Will NEVER return to PF Chang in Farmington CT& do not recommend it to anyone else. Will be trying the one in Stamford with the hopes that this was only a local restaurant problem & not a chain wide one. On a final note – West Farms Mall is beautiful, a work of art.

Let me start by saying that I am a huge fan of PF Chang’s. That being said this is not one of their better locations. It’s not bad but nowhere near as good as the original locations in Houston — which I have gotten the opportunity to go to. When we order to go it just doesn’t seem as perfect quality as the others. Again, not bad but not the best location. I will be eating here again since its the only one in the area and seems to be the only good Chinese food in the area. Several times I have called and they have been out of egg noodles for their lo mein; I’m talking like 3 times in a row. weird. Favorites are definitely mongolian beef, kung pao shrimp, chang’s chicken noodle soup, egg rolls, melon shrimp, and lo mein. I wish they had better desserts like sweet sticky rice with mango! :) I know that’s thai but they have different types of asian food.
