Yes, they can cost more. But between the convenience and awesome customer service it’s one of the few times I’d say its worth it.

Sweet service again. I love this place. All staff are friendly and help you within 15 seconds of walking in the door. I don’t mind paying a little more for the friendly staff and very knowledgable employees.

Great service and decent prices for a hardware store. The new location is very nice but they downgraded the housewares department — no more cast iron pans or handy gadgets.
