I purchased tickets from this business (directly dealt with the owner or his/​her representative, Jeff) years ago. The person I dealt with sold me tickets to an event that were not valid. The tickets were copies and only the first set worked. At that time, I contacted him and he ignored me completely. He did NOTHING to try and resolve the issue and knowingly committed fraud in the transaction. I would NEVER trust this company.
I also filed a police report on the issue with the city of Farmington Hills.
