I use to love Ruby Tuesdays but our last visit was horrible! I ordered a simple cheese burger. I ordered it medium well. It came well done and burnt. I asked the waiter to have it remade. He said he would and agreed it was burnt. The cook then came to the table to see the burger and simply said he would remake it. No apologies at all. The second burger came exactly the same! Burnt!!! The manager then came to the table and said«well it can be difficult cooking on the cook top». What?!? It’s difficult to cook a burger??? I will never go back

What a hot mess the food is nasty and old. The service sucked and I will not be making another trip to this location

I’ve never been a fan of chain restaurants, until today. Stopped in to Rubys for a late lunch. Ordered a half rack or Texas style ribs, grilled zucchini and onion rings. The ribs were tender and falling off the bone. Very tasty. The grilled zucchini was grilled perfectly. Their onion rings were great and not a bit oily or greasy. Had a draft to chase all this down. The meal could not have been better. The waiter we had was also tending the bar. He was attentive and seemed to come by at the perfect time. I’ll do this again. It was wonderful!

I went there twice with friends. The setting is modern and clean. The food is average.

Absolutely terrible experience. The burgers tasted like something you would get at McDonalds, only they were three times the cost. Bathroom was completely unkept and disgusting. The waitress didn’t even bring us silverware until 10 mins after we sat down. The dressing at the salad bar was warm and tasted like it had been sitting out all day, and left me with a sick feeling.

Had the salad bar and two bites of fish tacos before I was running to the bathroom. After seeing the porcelain god more than the table at this fine dining establishment, I won’t be returning any time soon. Maybe ever. The latter is more likely. Actually, a certainty. Ugh is the only word that comes to mind.

«Goodbye, Ruby Tuesday». The Rolling Stones had it right. Say goodbye to this subpar chain. Came in for a lunch recently after vowing from a similar experience in Bloomfield never to frequent the chain. The good news, I suppose, is that it was better than the other visit. But not by anything meaningful. Kids chicken fingers and fries were ok. But a juicebox for over $ 1? Talk about a ripoff markup! The buffalo chicken sandwich had cheese that was neither melted nor cold but sort of in between and the chicken strips they used sort of fell apart after some bites making the sandwich messy. And at $ 10, its just not a good value. Service was ok – with a bit of a struggle to get water refilled. But if you’re in the mall, you can do better. Anywhere.

I love this place… the manager always acknowledges my son and I and checks how the service is. servers are polite, but it is the management that impresses me.

Biscuits came out to hold us over until the meal came out. Also the salad bar was fresh and delicious. The waiter was very generous to us and friendly. We just got burgers and they were about on par with red robin. Would come back again.

The waiter here was very very nice and accommodating, he let my boyfriend have the salad bar for free and let me have a free refill of my boyfriend’s apple/sprite drink! The food here is standard american food, but still a little better than Red Robin’s, I’d come back here again. We got here early and the salad bar was nice and untouched. 10⁄10 would recommend

This was the worst service I’ve ever had. And I mean ever. Don’t even bother coming here. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere better. Our service was awful. The server jon b must hate his job. He came to our table only a few times and seemed just pissed we were there. Everyone that works here was so mad and looked like they hated this place. The food wasn’t bad but wasn’t good either. The burgers were greasy but we ate them anyways. Sadly this chain reaturant didn’t care about their guests

This is all in all the embodiment of a chain restaurant with one added risk factor. Every time you eat there and based on what you order it’s like playing Russian roulette with your bowls. If you stick to foods that are hard to screw up this place is good the service is standard and sometimes above that. The place though feels like a shell with not a lot of customers in attendance.

No complaints here. And they were super with our fussy toddler. They brought out rolls to appease her and got her food out ASAP without us even asking for it. The salad bar at this Ruby is clean and well kept. The food was as good as could be expected from a chain, although I wouldn’t bother with their«pretzel» burgers. It was a bland experience and not worth the extra $ it cost.

Quick stop today with my son Mike. 10 minute wait, turned into only 5 min. They have a decent Gluten Free Menu, both of us enjoyed lunch. Waitress very good, but not over bearing. 1⁄3 rack ribs, warm broccoli and zucchini veggies… Mike commented the salad bar was out of shredded cheese and no one around to replenish — not the worst thing, but it’s his favorite for his salad bar experience… oops

Average experience to a chain restaurant. Had a few octoberfest on tap and then ordered hot wings. We were given more then usual. They were not crispy, so unless u like them like that, order them well done. Sauce was good and service was also good, even though we keep them there much later then the staff would have liked. I would return

My recommendation is to either call in your Ruby Tuesday order or place an online order. It is not worth eating in at the restaurant because the service is a little slow. The selection at the salad bar get worse each time I’m go there. However, the bar is more fun to eat at because the bartenders to be much more cordial. I have to give it to Ruby’s for being generous on your birthday. If you sign up for their So-Connected e-mail list, you can get a free burger on your birthday. I love the Boston Blue burger. Thought their fries are cold and disappointing, they have great sides like grilled green beans and mashed califlower.

The smokehouse burger hit the spot, and I like how Ruby Tuesday’s offers two sides with every entrée — you will not leave hungry. I wish it was less like a chain restaurant, but for the price and atmosphere(family friendly of all ages) you can’t go wrong for a quick bite to eat.

Oops. Well, it didn’t take long for Ruby’s to give us that signature subpar experience necessitating the need for further action… Let’s start with the abject unprofessionalism of our waitress. What a sour puss. She wasn’t outwardly cruel towards us, and her cynical attitude was actually kinda funny to start… But it started getting old when we could never find her when we needed help, when she carelessly threw things on the table(rather than serivng them) and when she seemed to get exasperated every time we actually did get a chance to request, I dunno, napkins or something. Also, quesadillas were room temperature. ‘Nuff said. And then there were the kids… Admittedly not Ruby’s fault directly, but when you’re already a little sore from the lackluster service, a table full of uncontrollable children who refuse to stop kicking the booths does strike a big nerve. Now, if Ruby’s had exercised due diligence with regards to this debacle, I wouldn’t even be writing this update… But they didn’t, so I am. I emailed to complain. I got a call from their PR department. They said they’d be sending me something in the mail to meet my satisfaction, perhaps in the form of a coupon or gift card… They never did.

Before this past Saturday I hadn’t had Ruby Tuesday in about three and a half years. My friend and I rolled up to Westfarms at about 8ish and were looking to have some California Pizza Kitchen… however the line there was utterly INSANE. We wandered over to Ruby’s since neither of us had been to one in ages and the line looked manageable… we put our name on the list and were told to come back in a half hour. We went off to Sephora for 25 minutes and came back just as they were calling our name. Our waitress was super-attentive — but not in an overbearing sort of way either(that annoys the living shit out of me). I had the Bacon Avocado Turkey burger with steamed broccoli on the side — pathetic attempt at making the meal at least sort of healthy… lol and my friend had the Chicken mushroom alfredo. Neither of us had anything to complain about regarding our meals, and I loved my burger. I wish I was a little less stuffed because they had tiramisu on the dessert menu but I obviously had no room. I also had a red sangria which was fabulously fruity and delish. The bottom was full of fruit pulp(which was annoying to suck up the straw) but didn’t have an overly wine-y flavor… which is a good thing in my book.
