The pizza was good but they do not follow instructions. I used their online ordering and customized the pizza. They got the topping correct but I asked for a Square cut, one of their choices, but received a standard pizza cut.

Messed up our delivery order with no dressing for salad, regular instead of diet pepsi and the cut of the pizza was wrong. All of this was spelled out on the order sheet attached to the pizza box. When I called to get it corrected, they were really busy so it ended up taking another 1+ hour for them to come back. Did apply credit to my account.
On the other hand, the pizza was good!

Wow. Hats off to Marco’s Pizza for being hands down the best pizza delivery in West Knoxville. This place blows the other big chains out of the water. Their toppings are fresh and generous, and you can tell the regular dough is handmade and not that frozen junk. And their thin crust is even better if you like thin crust. I love just a plain ol’ sausage and black olive pizza, but their specialties are delicious too. You gotta try the BBQ Chicken. I’m not big on breadsticks so I don’t ever get Cheesy Bread, but those cinnamon things are outta this world. I eat healthy most of the time but when I do decide to treat myself, Marco’s is my go-to spot.

Live around the corner can’t stay out of this place it’s amazing. This pizza is the best. Get lots of toppers. You get what you pay for.

We’re from Chicago, and we’ve even looking for good pizza since we moved to Knoxville eight years ago. We were happy to drive to Maryville occasionally to eat at Uno’s, but it has closed. Since Marco’s opened, tho, we have found a source for good – if not authentic deep-dish – pizza again. Now it’s the only pizza we order.
