Ran in this morning for a to go Honey Lavender Latte. Wonderful! Coffee was bright and lively a little on the low acidity side with some mild tartness but overall yum!

Speros is a must whenever I visit Knoxville. The staff is super helpful and friendly, so don’t be afraid to ask about the menu. The coffee is superb, and they roast their own beans too. The cold brew especially surprised me; it was bold and rich without the bitterness. One of my favorite study spots as well!

You MUST try the honey lavender latte. I have dreams about this every night, It is DELICIOUS! They also make a mean mocha. Oh, it’s so good. And the staff here are really nice. I’m so glad to see they have a FOODMENU now! Well, the avocado and egg toast is good but I think they dropped an entire HERB garden on my dish and it was a bit overpowering. Also, I think the egg was too HARD and dry. I guess I like a softer egg.(I guess it depends what you like. Sounds like a banal first date conversation. I’m single, you? How do you take your eggs every morning? Want kids? End convo) Well anyways, the drinks are awesome and the décor is CHIC. It’s a pain that the bathroom is way in the back and I wish they had just a few more comfy couches for lounging. Come here and get that HONEYLAVENDERLATTE.

This place really deserves its five stars. Went there Saturday morning and got the breakfast bowl, the egg avocado toast, a cortado, and a miel. The food was excellent and so were the drinks. The layout of the place is very cozy and warm. The person taking our order was friendly and helpful. Perfect place to go for some food and a nice cup of joe. Oh and if you are not caffeine inclined, try the lavender lemonade!

My sister and I were here back in October and I can’t believe I forgot to rate it! The coffee was great, and the service was even better. The décor and feel of the place is really unique and welcoming. The barista helped us pick our drinks and we weren’t disappointed. I love me a pumpkin spice latte, and this was just as good as the best ones I’ve had. I will most definitely be back anytime that I’m in the Knoxville area.

Yummy coffee! They have one side of the wall as a store display for their cute jewelries and decorations, and it is a small place as well, so if you want to study here, make sure you come early and snatch the tables close to plugs and NOT by the display as you will find yourself crowded by girls looking at necklaces. Coffee was excellent, very tasty! They roasted their coffee in the back and it was cool to see(and smell) it!

Adorable cozy coffee shop in a strip mall tucked far from expectations. They roast their own beans, which appear to be equitably traded. The flavor profiles are complex and rich. The décor is simple, but welcoming for you to enjoy a latte or beverage. The menu is pretty much just coffee and espresso drinks. It makes it a great choice for coffee connoisseurs. Buy a bag for later, you’ll be happier for it. There is a restroom in the back, but be sure to ask. Nice capable baristas who get you your order promptly in Eco-friendly packaging. Add almond milk or syrup if that interests you. Need another shot to the two sizes? Good call. Great local choice for coffee. Stop in!

Knoxville’s best hidden treasure! Wow! Their coffee is like no other!!! All regular brewed coffee is done in a pour over fashion… Which I am both new to, and addicted to! You won’t find any plastic coffee pots up in this joint. My absolute favorite is a large Guatemalan pour over. Yes please!!! The owners are exceptionally kind and always so welcoming and generous to my kiddos. My favorite spring time activity is to stop and get a coffee and then hop on over to Concord park to watch the kids play while I sip on the nectar from Heaven(aka Sper coffee.) Go!!! You won’t regret it!!!

Best I have found in Knoxville. Fortunately it’s not out if he way for me. I can’t remember if they use organic milk, but hormone free milk will keep me returning for my lattes. The brew taste good!

This is now our favorite coffee shop in Knoxville! We are glad we have found a good coffee shop that we no longer have to go down town for. The Toasted Marshmallow latte is one of my favorite lattes that I have ever had. The staff is very nice and happily answered any of our questions about drinks on the menu. I would highly recommend Spero to everyone I know!

Spērō has been my families go to coffee shop for a while now. They have great service and an amazing atmosphere. Don’t even get me started on their delicious coffee! If you’re more of a tea person, as I am, I would recommend one of their rooibos teas. Iced or hot, both delicious. More of a coffee person? Their cassonade is an amazing coffee with just the perfect amount of milk and brown sugar. Would highly recommend these drinks and this place!

Like most places in Farragut, Spēro is tucked away in a strip mall next to the Goodwill and is easy to miss. Knoxville has its fair share of good coffee, all of which is far from the suburbs with the exception of Spēro. This is a truly excellent coffee shop which roasts its own beans to perfection; even their black coffee will have you marveling over how delicious it is. They also offer a variety of speciality drinks. The Miel is well worth trying, even if you are not a fan of the traditional froufrou coffee drinks from the big chains. Just barely sweetened with honey, it allows the espresso to shine. The baristas take their time to craft excellent drinks, so expect to wait accordingly. One note– if you are in a hurry, be aware that this place is hopping when the high school lets out at 3:30.

If you know me, you know that I want to drink all the coffee. All of it. I never would have found this little coffee shop, tucked away in an unassuming Farragut strip mall, without Unilocal! I had sometime to kill out on the other side of the world, West Knoxville, on a dreary day. I used the directions in Unilocal and made my way here. I plopped down at the bar in the window and unloaded my books to study, ordered a cortado & raspberry bar, and waited. While waiting, I made a few observations. The shop itself was small, but felt very inviting. They barista behind the counter was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They had a cute little set up of jewelry(sorry bank account). I spent a couple of hours here studying before an exam and never felt rushed. The wifi was strong and so was the coffee. Eventually I ordered a black coffee, which was brewed to order(nice work, spero). I pretty much loved everything about this place and look forward to visiting again when I find myself in the area. Oh, and in case you wondered, order the raspberry bar. Seriously.

Stumbled upon this place while looking for some local coffee shops on Unilocal. We’re from Washington so our coffee is important to us. Walked in and Erin greeted us with a friendly welcome. We really enjoyed our coffee and our experience! We can’t wait until we come back to Knoxville and get some Spero coffee.

So good! I wish there were a Spero in Fountain City(seriously, coffee shop entrepreneurs of Knoxville, someone throw Ftn. City a bone) I only found out about Spero via Unilocal.Located in the back of an old shopping center in Concord/Farragut, I was skeptical driving up. Inside, however, is a warm, comfortable and charmingly-appointed coffee spot that I immediately loved. The space is perfect for spending some time working or reading. It’s small but cozy. The coffee beans are roasted in-house and have a wonderful flavor. My caramel latte was divine. They also have baked goods and some gift-y products for sale. I cannot wait to go back. Try this spot soon! affordable, delicious and LOCAL.

I mean… If this place was any better, I think I’d be forced to marry into the family! BESTCOFFEE I’ve ever tasted! BESTCHIA in the world! & their OUTRAGEOUSLYGOODCOLDBREW… Just strap me to an IV of that stuff and I think I might just live forever! The atmosphere embodies the invitation to relax and focus. I’m not much of a writer but if I was, I think I could have finished writing a whole book in that place in just one sitting! So, whether you’re in Downtown Knoxville, TN or Anchorage, Alaska, stop whatever you’re doing, get in your car, on your bike, or horseback, and ride on over to Spērō Coffee! You won’t regret it!

Very nice little cozy café! Variety of coffee selection. We were initially not sure about this place, but we went after looking at 5 star Unilocal reviews and now I’m adding one. It was worth a visit, nice people, nice coffee. I would recommend hazelnut latte
