The donuts are terrible! The service is even worse!!! The two ladies running this place have a very sour attitude. I’m surprised they have any business at all.

Came here again this morning and the two ladies working behind the counter couldn’t have been any nicer! They both greeted me when I walked in and both were very courteous and helpful. And the best part — their donuts are really good!!!

I’m only giving them 2 stars because their donuts are actually good! However, the service here is awful– it doesn’t matter how nice you are; they’re rude and dry and seem annoyed each visit! Been a customer there for over 7 years and the owner is the best employee there but I guess it’s her sister who is there all the time with her and he is the worst. I want to support American owned local businesses! This one won’t have my business anymore. I will go the other way up 551 to 276 where it’s Asian people who are kind and grateful for our business from now on and their donuts are better anyways. Daylight donuts in Ate needs an attitude adjustment!!!

I agree with the first person to post. Rude service and I got there at 9am and they only had 3 glazed donuts left.
The door said the are open until 12 noon wonder what they where going to sell for the next 3 hours.
I left and went to Rockwall Donut at Goliad and 30 next to the Subway and Hobby Lobby and they had all sorts of donuts. picked up 2 dozen and the kids where thrilled.

Rude grumpy service and very small selection of donuts. You would think that at 9:30AM you would still be able to get a descent donut. It’s worth the drive to Royse City to have a much bigger better selection with nicer people!
