I had this system for 2 years. They lock you into a contract that you can’t get out of. Anyway, I could never use it during the day because if my dogs bark the alarm goes off. So I just used at night. Usually whenever the alarm goes off because of the dogs, I get a call from ADT to make sure everything is OK. The one time it goes off at 4:00 am I get an automated call. Yep, automated. It tells me that if this is an emergency to call 911. No person is there asking me what my safety word is, no one gives a f*ck. If your system is compromised, they do not alert you. My system was accidentally unplugged for three weeks and did they ever call to say, hey we’re not getting any feedback from your system? Nope, because they don’t give a f*ck. For $ 52.99 a month for 24 months, I could’ve bought a pretty sweet surveillance system and guess what? I did buy a sweet system because I don’t give a f*ck about ADT.

The most rude, uncaring«customer service» people. In addition, you may be interested to know that if you are paying for this security system all a person has to do is rip the alarm off your wall and they can’t/won’t call you or the cops! Take my advice and find a new alarm company!
