I chose AFC purely based off their proximity to my friend’s place of business, and having found an option on their site which suited my needs. A more friendly approach could definitely haven been used when I called to confirm the order. I wasn’t expecting angelic treatment. But I also wasn’t expecting the same impersonal, seemingly annoyed, «why are you bothering me”/“want to get me off the phone» response I get when I’m calling someone at work to follow up on an item they haven’t given me. However, the final product to my loved one was the most important thing. It was delivered on time, and was quite beautiful. More roses and lilies than the picture on the site led me to believe(I selected the bouquet because I loved the contrast of the blue bells and the white flowers pictured; hence, the arrangements name sake — ). Still, beautifully arranged, with a lovely presentation. I definitely feel like I got my money’s worth for the product. 3.5 star experience, which would be 4 stars if customer service had matched the cost(NYC pricing in Fayetteville should buy one the Southern hospitality one would expect having lived in south, and now being a northerner — but everyone has an off day now and again).
