Do not even think of going to this place. They are completely clueless and unprofessional. Had to call police to get car returned after failed alarm system install. I read the follow-up comments that were posted on 25 January 2016. As a business owner myself, customer service is the most important thing to success. If I cannot maintain a certain degree of professionalism and courtesy, my foundation is weak… As with this place, we gave them ample opportunity to fix and install what was promised, actually three times the time frame they originally stated. Having to call them to find out the status and subsequently told to wait, it became apparent there was a problem. Here is where customer service would have made the difference. A SIMPLE«we apologize for the inconvenience and unexpected problems we are having. Let us offer you a full refund.» NOT«we now need a spare key to leave in your vehicle at additional cost, come back tomorrow as now it may take up to 15 hours to install, or putting us on hold for extended periods to allegedly check with the technician.» The hostile attitude and being told to «wait and let us do our job» is ridiculous. We were even told«small claims court is the only way to get our deposit back.» The owner should focus on talking to his sales team and technicians and see how to best remedy this terrible experience. No more lame Excuse!!! Take a moment to research the feedback from others or do a Google search if you think this in an isolated incident. Since we are still out of several hundred dollars with no guarantee of getting it back, we are forced to take legal action.

I was much more than I was quoted and I had most of the work done already. This place does not hold the customer to a high value and when I asked question to the salesmen, they were very vague, like they did not know the answer to my questions.

I Was told over the phone that I needed to bring my truck in so they could«look at it» to give me a price for installation of a remote start. When I got there they never even stepped outside to see it. Immediately came back to me with a $ 300.00+ installation charge on top of the $ 300 for the remote start. When I said no thanks and was leaving they wanted to negotiate and dropped the price $ 25.00. Sorry, not a way to conduct business. Very shady. I saved money and got exactly what I needed at another store for $ 300, installed at a more reputable store

Worst fucking place ever. Took my STI there and their shit is way overpriced. The owner tries haggling with you. He’s a complete bullshitter. I jumped the gun without doing research of this place or speakers. Left speaker wire clippings all over the floor. Didn’t explain how to use the new head unit or even include the manual. Do not recommend this shady facility. Definitely regret this place. Tell everyone to not go here!!!

After several failed attempts to have Best Buy support my request, Banging Systems without hesitation accepted the request. They were quick to take the vehicle and install the Pioneer system into a 2008 Saab. This required a custom kit and faceplate to be crafted along with all new wiring of the existing speakers. They estimated $ 1500 for the custom install and rewiring, which with an $ 1100 stereo on a $ 42k vehicle I found to be acceptable. They also estimated the job would be finished by the following evening. After haggling(unsuccessful), and requesting a detailed breakdown of the price, I turned over the keys. The salesman, also the owners brother, ended the conversation by reaffirming that the technician would survey the vehicle to confirm or deny the estimate and we would receive a call that night. No call came. The following day I called repeated to confirm or deny the estimate so I could make arrangements to pick up the vehicle but every time I called, the technicians or assistant salesmen would answer and refused to confirm or deny the completion time. This was later explained to me as a way to manage expectations and prevent clients from coming to the shop early and impatiently waiting or rushing the staff to complete the service. I disagree with the technique and believe an answer should still be provided. They finished exactly on the estimate they original gave. The custom dash looks professional and the installation is as desired. They were not able to wire in the original amp, mic, antenna, or steering wheel controls. I did receive an immediate refund on the steering wheel control components that I had requested to be installed since they were unable to install. The technicians were able to come out to the vehicle and demonstrate the performance of the device and show that everything was in working order. Overall, I will recommend people to Banging Systems though I will preface it with the fact that their customer service and sales staff need improvement. The faults in customer service were not enough to make me feel the need to take my business elsewhere but enough to make note of. Once the company improves their customer service and floor service I believe they will be recognized as a superior store.

I was told to come here by the employees from Best Buy because they didn’t have a wiring harness. I called ahead to check if they had the one for my car. I got there and they have a lot of audio equipment for vehicles. They helped me pick out the right harness for my vehicle and grave me a good price to install and installed it right away. As they where installing they found I had the wrong antenna adapter so they let me know and got me the right one. The install didn’t take very long and the did a great job with it.
