This was the best ice cream sandwich I’ve ever had! I chatted with Sarah who started the truck and she was so great. The sandwich consisted of onyx ice cream (onyx coffee, honey and cinnamon) banana, and espresso between one chocolate chip cookie and one double chocolate chip cookie. It was amazing!
