CiCi’s Pizza Buffet

Worst Cicis I’ve ever been too. Dirty as hell, no one was bussing tables and there were dishes everywhere. There was trash all over the floor and the restrooms made you want to clean yourself just from stepping in them. A family came in when I was leaving, recommended they leave and soon saw them coming out.

Update:
Since the new manager took over this place has taken a dive in my book. Boxes on the floor. Extra slow service. The credit card machine does not work. You have to hand key it. Noodles are way over cooked. The top one is the new added charges at this location. They charge you an extra buck for paper drink cups and call them to go cups. They still have the plastic ones and if you ask they give them to you at no charge. It kind of ticked me off by charging me for the drink and then adding a dollar charge per cup for a to go cup. I wonder how many people have fallen for this.
I really like the Cici chain. There are two locations here in town and the one behind the mall is way less busy. Pizza is good and hot. Salad bar is ok. Aside from the noise it is a good night out. I avoid the pasta. It is just over cooked. You can even order what you want and the bring it to you. I get the bacon and pineapple all the time.

It was good pizza nothing special. Great price for lunch. If you get water they give you a very small glass and you have to come back to the register to refill it.

There were only two people ahead of us in line on Friday night at 6:30pm. The General Manager Mat was actually ringing out customers and his service was awesome! Rarely see this from a company so it was refreshing to see someone that cares. Clean facility great pizza, desserts were stocked which is rare lol. Cinnamon buns here are awesome as well as the brownies.

This place is the worst Cici’s I have ever been to.
1. The girl at the register automatically charged us for fountain drinks without even asking us what we wanted. I only caught it because the total for two adults and one child came out to over $ 21 which is obviously not right. When I told her we wanted water, she charged us for bottles without even saying anything. I asked if we could have the fountain water and she said no, that it wasn’t available. So, we got three bottles of water for $.35 each which isn’t bad, but they need to tell you what they’re charging you for!
2. This place is so dirty and messy. Yes, we went on a Sunday afternoon after the church rush, but still. There were only TWO tables that were open and clean. Oh, there were plenty OPEN, but they all had PILES of dirty dishes on them. Like they hadn’t been cleared in a while.
3. Absolutely no variety. The only «variety» they had was a veggie pizza and a BBQ pork one. Other than that, it was pretty much cheese, sausage, pepperoni or a combination of those. Deep dish, thin crust, or regular crust, take your pick. We all left feeling so unsatisfied because the main reason we decided to go to Cici’s was for the variety.
I wanted to like them so badly since they’re the only ones in town, but I don’t think well be going back there again. Sad. :(

Friendly staff and hot pizza. Is there anything better? Such heavy traffic that it is hard to keep 100% spotless but they are trying hard.

I really couldn’t tonight! I seriously could not! The staff was loud and obnoxious! The pizza was cold and twice I went to the bar and there may have been 2 slices left! Let me not forget to mention it took the cashier almost an entire minute to count back our change because apparently she was unfamiliar with a dollar coin and gave it back to us as a quarter! My sweet tea was unsweetened! I really really couldn’t!

LOL, nothing has changed since I first came here back in ’98 — same old beat up TV and dipping pizza in ranch dressing.

What can I say about this joint? Basically a really cheap (price and food quality) buffet pizza place. It was a place I’d occassionally go to for lunch when I was enslaved at Bragg. A culinary change of pace from the chow hall or other places in town.
