If I could do a negative zero star, I would. I would NOT recommend this business! I ordered a product that was to be in within a week. After waiting 3 weeks, the order was wrong. They then said it would be overnighted & promised it would get there & would call me. 2 days later, they haven’t called & wouldn’t answer my numerous phone calls although they are «open». I had a friend call within a few minutes after mine and they answered. The product of course, did not arrive. Lied to & ignored is NOT how to run a reputable business.

Steven is a great cobbler who takes pride in his work. I have taken shoes to him countless times and have always been pleased. Even though I have moved to Rogers, it is well worth the drive for me to take shoes to him.

I’ve been taking my shoes here since 1984! They’ve saved my favorites SO many times! They also fix and renew purses, belts, Harley clothes and luggage! Just a treasure for NWA!

Never been to a cobbler shoppe before, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Maybe an old british man with a thick white mustache and a wink in his eye? Sadly no, none of the cobblers matched my cliché’d vision, but the service is great and at a very reasonable price. My wife had some boots that needed to be re-​soled along with some general TLC, and when I came back to get them I thought they might have the wrong order. They didn’t, they just managed to make them look as good as new.

Steven and Cecillia have taken great care of us for years. My husband is extremely hard on shoes and I’m there all the time for sole repair. Everything we’ve taken in comes back looking better than new! Cecillia has dyed several bags for me and they truly are prettier than when I bought them. Steven has even come out to the house to sew up tears in our leather sofa. Great local Fayetteville business.

Chris I don’t know when you visited this shop but your review was off the mark to say the least… Great Service! Perfect Repair! Cheap Price! Pretty sure Chris is a troll or a coincedence that he was the author of 70% of the comments on the other store… If you have quality footwear this is the place to go if you want your old basketball shoes from the 80s repaired then go to MLK

I didn’t realize how this wasn’t «everything» I could get in service and pricing until I went to the other shoe repair on MLK.
Good shop, but was blown away at the ‘going the extra mile’ by the other. So instead of saying anything more here, I’m going to go write an incredible review of the other place.
