Copybean Copy Center Cafe

Lunch special was good. (Chicken salad on a crossaint). Latte tasted watery like before. If I go back I will try regular coffee rather than a latte.

I can’t talk about the copy services cuz I just went for the food. I ordered the BBQ chipotle chicken sandwich and it was delicious! It comes with coffee and apples/​banana or chips. The service was nice and fast. I asked for a latte, I usually like my latte stronger, it just tasted too milky for my taste. They have a big dinning room and couches. It was a bit hard to find at first, is to the right of Dollar Tree. It has a university sing on top. Very affordable prices. I look forward to come back.

Down to brass tacks, however. I was dubious going in, as to whether a café that also make copies could satisfy my taste.
Waiting for my order, I observed the décor leaves much to be desired. The seating area feels crowded, the tables are mismatched and the chairs look like they were bought second hand from a DMV waiting room. The menus are hard to read, and crowded. It looks like there might be some cool drinks up there to try out but I gave up on it because I looked like a fool squinting at the board for so long. It’s also really dark in the café and they were playing Christian rock on the radio. I’m a Christian myself, but I don’t agree with that choice for a business.
My Mexican iced mocha was not bad. A good blend of sweetness that wasn’t too sweet, balanced out by the spiciness of the cayenne pepper and the smoothness of the chocolate. The cup however, was… styrofoam. I can’t overlook that. And it cost over 5 dollars. For that kind of money, I want rainbows emanating from my mouth afterwards. No rainbows though.
All in all, the coffee is OK enough if you’re close by and need a quick fix, but don’t expect a great café ambiance. You can find that in Fayetteville, but not here. Two stars for lack of décor but making up for it with good coffee.
