I recently took my two daughters and their friend in for eye brow waxing or threading. Both young ladies who helped us were fantastic. The only issue I had was that they assumed that the girls all wanted threading, so instead of asking them they just went to work. My younger daughter had to stop the lady halfway through because she couldn’t handle the threading and explain that she really wanted wax. The lady was very sweet and quickly changed plans. Overall, we were very pleased. I would just recommend that you are very specific from the beginning and tell them which service you want. Don’t assume they will ask.

This is a great place, I have been going since it first opened up in the mall about two years ago. The thing is now they are hiring new people, and they are not as skilled as the original workers. I was very happy with the results for a long time. I would normally go every two weeks, because that is all I needed to go. The aesthicians threading my eyebrows would do it quickly but they pulled OUT the hairs causing them to stay gone longer. As of late, every two weeks has not been often enough considering that the new people have been using the same threading technique, BUT they have been CUTTING the hairs off instead of pulling them out at the root as they so shamelessly advertise. My advice, you prefer threading for eyebrow shaping is, make sure to get someone who is experienced and has been doing it for a while. Otherwise you may end up disappointed with lopsided eyebrows or eyebrows that do not stay shaped for very long at all.

Been here twice. First time the person just cleaned them up, so it was OK. Second time a different lady seemed new and I wasn’t happy. They were lopsided and she seemed unsure of herself. I like to leave places like this looking great, I walked out and caught my reflection and was embarrassed to be walking around town like that.

This is the only threading place I’ve found in Fayetteville so far and I think I’ve been spoiled by the lady who did my eyebrows in Conway. I think Kyra was the name of the aesthetician here and though she was friendly, the wait was quite a while, and it seemed like it took her forever to finish my eyebrows. She pulled out each hair at a painstakingly(and painfully) slow pace because it caused both eyes to tear up. The end result was acceptable, I just wished she had finished the job a little quicker. Not sure what I’m going to do because I haven’t found any other salon yet, but if I do come back, hopefully the next aesthetician is a bit more versed in eyebrow threading.

I’ve had my brows threaded here twice. The first time Nora did them, and they were a perfect 10. The second time a different lady threaded them, because Nora wasn’t there, and they looked horrible! They were way over threaded(pencil thin) and she cut half of the ends off. I was not a happy camper! I will be going back(whenever they grow back), HOWEVER, I’ll only let Nora thread them. She’s very sweet, takes her time, and is very meticulous! If there’s 4 people ahead of you, all waiting on, Nora, you know why… She’s the best! LOL… LESSONLEARNED!

In Texas, I knew a lady who kept my eyebrows in good shape. Then I moved to NWA and I was many miles away from her, I became desperate(and hairy, ewww!) Everything changed when I dared myself to try this place(if you ever over-plucked your eyebrows you know how terrible it could be). For my surprise, they are very good, and professionals. It doesn’t matter who does it, they are all equally good. Bonus: they have eyelash extensions, body waking, and I believe massages and facials too. I have not try this services yet, but I’ll update my review if I do.
