Do not use this company… Had multiple issues with this company. They have no idea what they are doing. Maintenance issues with the house, had to make numerous work orders all the time. Had to sign my final out form multiple times.

PROPERTY OWNERS — DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
If you want someone who knows your property and have a vested interest in maintaining your home, this company is not for you. They have grown too fast and the «property managers» have no idea of what is going on with the homes. Many of them have never stepped foot in the properties they are «managing». They do NOT do a good job of screening applicants and there are too many people with their hands on your property. BLUF: the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. Stay away! I did not heed the warnings of other reviews and paid the price!
