What a horrible experience. Know it all owner doesn’t listen to the customer. He thinks he knows everything and comes across as arrogant and obnoxious. Will go elsewhere.
The previous review was removed for not enough detail? Ok, the owner wanted to argue with me over a defect in one of the used pianos which had a rattle. He said all of the grands sound like that! That is not the case. I wanted to look at the acoustic pianos but he insisted on showing the digital ones which I think are not very good. They may be ok for some people but not for me. He seemed like a pushy used car salesman. This is why I said it was a horrible experience.

Mike is very knowledgeable and has been extremely helpful. I know lots about guitars, drums, PA systems and band and orchestra instruments, but My personal piano skills are meager. If you need to know about an acoustic or electronic piano, you’ll find him to be extremely helpful.

Love this place! Mike really knows customer service, music all sorts of pianos.
If you need it like we did JML also did a great job and helped us move our piano to our new house and keeps it tuned.
