Literally the most poorly managed place I’ve ever been. They are understaffed and the employees are always overwhelmed. Only reason they are still in business is because of their fabric selection. If a better competitor comes to town they’re done.

Much smaller than I am used to. Has more sewing and yard goods here. Way less in seasonal items. Coupons are always good. Still looking for a bigger store. Get the feeling it is small because of the competition that is half a block away. Four craft stores with in a half mile of each other makes it hard to sell all the good stuff. Store is just a little be shoveled but it is still shopable. Need much more real seasonal in my book.

Absolutely awful place due to customer service. 9 people in line and the guy standing at the front desk just walks off without saying a word. Just took off his headset and walked away. 1 lady trying her best to check out everyone.
Finally when there was 3 people left another lady came to the front desk. And sat on the phone.
Took 21 min to check out.

I really love Jo-​Anns, this store however is a disappointment compared to the one I used to go to. The fabric section is much smaller… there is less of everything. I would be very excited if they made this a Super Jo-​Anns (I’ll have to wait, if it ever comes). I will continue to come here, they have more fabric than Hobby Lobby and they have good deals (with the coupons).

This location is wonderful! I can always find what i need here. For example this was the only place i could find crochet tops. I went all over Raleigh to find one and couldnt but went to joanns and found as many as i needed.

Like a previous reviewer, I have mixed feelings about this particular Joanns. They always have what I need, but the wait times are absolutely brutal. The fabric counter is bad, but the cash register is even worse. In fact I’m waiting at the fabric counter right now and I have more than enough time to text this review. One letter at a time.

There wasn’t even one employee that would help me. Probably cuz they were hiding or not doing their job but no one asked me if I needed help. Oh and by the way I did need help it just took me a little longer to find what I needed.
