Kings Pointe Apartments

Scam… this place is a scam. Everything they bring to you and promise when you are about to move in is all bullshit. All the females working there always have an attitude and are rude. when it comes to asking questions about changes and trying to work with you they screw you over. Everyday for the past 9 months has always been the run round game with constant random problems with my apartment that have yet to be fixed. For example (sink hoes had leak, AC never gets warm, toilets are randomly clogging) when we call to get it fixed they never return your call to this day I have yet to get it fixed. I had set automatic payments since Iv lived here and have had no problem until I went to field for 30 days and then has training in fort Irwin California Hate living here. This place has no respect for people that live here the receptionist are really rude and blow you off with the I don’t know answer for everything you have to say or can’t give you a direct answer… They will never work with you and being a solider they still don’t care I’m tired of lack of help and respect. Can’t wait to move out their is so much more to write on how bad this place is. Please don’t move here you will regret it.

Do not live here! I repeat do not live here. This place is awful. I have lived here for almost a year, the gate has never been fixed it’s always open. I’ve had a leak in my ceiling for 3 months I have called several times about about it still no response. About 30 years out dated. The worse apartment complex I have ever lived in.

Like many places in Fayetteville, this apartment community has no interest in providing a positive experience for tenants. During my time there, I had reported a maintenance issue and NEVER had anybody come to my apartment to fix it. My friend who also lived there had the exact same experience with his one maintenance issue. Tenants are ignored.
Also, the laundry room was out of order for the first month I lived there and the main entry gate was out of order for over 2/​3rds of the time I lived there. On top of this, the neighbors are loud and the sound insulation is poor. I could constantly hear my neighbors above me pounding on the ground. I don’t know what they were actually doing but it sounded like they were just jumping up and down for hours on end. The management would do nothing about this when I mentioned it.
Worse, on move out, I was quoted a certain amount to pay to satisfy my pro-​rated final month of rent. I paid exactly what it said on the signed form they gave me and moved out. Several weeks later, I get my security deposit back and money is inexplicably missing. There was no explanation included as to why I did not get my full deposit back. It took 4 phone calls and almost a week to get someone to explain that they decided to charge me extra rent for my last month. At no point was I ever notified the rent was increasing.
So not only does this apartment community refuse to address maintenance concerns, they also take money out of your security deposit, claiming you underpaid, even when you paid the exact amount they told you to. They know that everyone moves out of town and can’t do anything about it, that a new endless stream of soldiers will be moving into town to live there, and they could care less about anything else. The only positive is that it is in a nice part of town. I guess they realize because of that they don’t need to do anything else positive. At over $ 900 a month for a normal sized one bedroom apartment, I would expect much much better.
