Everyone that I dealt with here was very professional and was quick to highlight the sale that was going on. I was able to save over $ 100! They took the time to make sure that my glasses fit me perfectly and I will definitely be coming back. This is my second pair of glasses from LensCrafters and every time has been perfect!

Where the heck have I been all these years? I have completely overlooked LensCrafters until today. A huge selection of frames, quick service, and friendly staff. They give you all of your options, the pros /​cons and let you make a decision without sales pressure. Miia helped us today and she was SUPER! The only down side is it is located at Cross Creek Mall — busy /​doesn’t feel safe. However, I would overlook the location to shop with LensCrafters again.

Came here for an eye exam and new glasses. They were busy but still managed to get me the service I needed. I was in and out within an hour and my new glasses were ready an hour after that. I would definitely go here again!

EXCELLENT customer service. The young ladies that work here went above and beyond in making sure I found the right glasses for my face. They didn’t try to up-​sell me to any of the high end designer glasses and they actually saved me money. Great experience.

Awesome experience here! (I typically avoid any mall location at all costs because of crowds and lines.)
We were greeted immediately when we arrived. The selection is outstanding with everyday frames and at least 6 choices of designer glasses (Tiffany, Prada, Versace, to name a few). After my husband and I chose our glasses (he got Oakley’s and I chose Tiffany), Eileen got us all taken care of. She was helpful, being able to answer all our questions and even made recommendations without us feeling like we were being up-​sold. We were told the glasses would both be ready within the hour and we got a text after just 45 minutes. If only all of our shopping experiences be this great!

My daughter broke her glasses frames so I brought her to get a new one.
When I bought her glasses, I didn’t buy the protection plan. I must have forgotten that she is a kid who can easily be careless and break stuff — like I did. The girl that helped us found her exact frame and switched the lenses out and even gave me a 15% discount. I was super happy.
Huge two thumbs up for customer service.
The frame selection here is pretty good. They have many styles, colors and sizes for kids. They carry some nice brands like the Ray Bans that my daughter got and some even more pricey brands than that.
I will probably be back here to get her eyes checked at the optometrist in store. They take TRICARE and the copay us $ 15.
