Logan’s Roadhouse

When to the one on skibo road in Fayetteville. The service was great and Morgan was the best. Yes it is a typical steak house but I would definitely come again.

Was not a fan. The hostess staff needs to be a little more aware of what’s going on. They sat us in a section where the waitress was on break. We sat there for 20 min and watched 4 different waitresses just walk right past us. My fiancé finally got up and said something to the hostess. The manager was amazing. She came right over and took our order. We also watched a couple next to us get up and leave too because nobody acknowledged they were there. The food was OK. Nothing exciting. We will not be going to this establishment again nor do I recommend it.

Took our daughter, son-​in-​law and grandkids to dinner. The fried chicken on my salad was so over fried it was totally dried out. Son-​in-​laws steak wasn’t cooked as requested and his potatoes was burnt. All in all not the special night out that we had hoped for. Oh and the rolls were under baked to the point of almost raw dough. Yuck!

The peanuts were amazing. The bread was good. First I pointed out exactly what I want and they brought out something different. The grilled chicken wings. I told the waitress, that is not what I ordered and she took it back. Then the manager came out and tried to tell me I was wrong, even though I pointed out to her what was written on the menu, that I ordered. Then the chicken wings came out dry, tasteless and some parts uncooked.

Went there tonight with a co-​worker, salad plate was strange to start. Filet was charred on one side and not cooked on the other, bake potato must have been waiting in the oven all day. It was dried out and very unappetizing so I returned it and out came a freshly nuked new one, dry. My friend got half way through his loaded mashed potatoes to find a hair. Needless to say his appetite was ruined. Manager came by and said she would take off 2 dollars from his meal, which they did. Seemed sort of nonchalant about the apology, maybe this is a common event here.
Logan as a chain is not normally bad, but this one I will never go inside of again. On second thought, why did I ever go inside of Logans? The one in Augusta GA is just as bad.

Typical chain steak house… I’ve been to 2 of them… one in Garner and one in Fayetteville… Decent steaks in the $ 12 – 20 range… need to get there early, gets crowded after 6 pm… Free peanuts as appetizers and small to go bags…

We usually eat here once a month. The service and food are normally pretty good. Unfortunately this was not the case on this particular visit. The waitress was slow, never checked on us for refills or to see how the food was. Another waitress brought us our check and 20 minutes later our original waitress showed back up to take our payment. This was unfortunate, hopefully the next visit will be up to par.

The food was great! The service; was terrible. It took our waitress 10 – 15 just to bring us back a Coke. We were having a birthday dinner for my sister, the server never came back to pre-​bus our table. The dirty dishes sat there as the server tried to give us more food. It’s simple, take the appetizer plates while bringing the entrée. Take the entrée plates as you bring the dessert. If your table is just hanging out take all the plates. The service was terrible and they weren’t that busy.

Very, very disappointed! We haven’t been to Logan’s since moving back last year. So we decided last Friday to go there for lunch. We walked in and was hit with an awful smell (sour, stale and hasn’t been cleaned in years). The young lady sat us in the back part of the restaurant next to the kitchen door (when there were open seats in the front of the restaurant). We told her we didn’t want to sit there and she said ok, you pick a set. So we got a both right to the left of the for (large booth). The booth seats didn’t even fit the booth and weren’t comfortable. We decided to leave and go to Bubba’s.
It has been 4 yrs since we last ate there and unfortunately we won’t be back

Food here is always good, not over the top great but good for what you pay for. It’s affordable and get your money’s worth. The wait is always hit or miss and this time we had a hostess tell us one time then a off duty manager (dressed in jean shorts, dirty shoes, and nasty ball cap) tell us a shorter wait time. The hostess was right, we waited about 45 mins for a seat instead of the 15 min he told us.
Got sat in the middle of a walkway where someone had spilled a drink all over one of the seats. It needed to be cleaned so the bus boy brings over a bucket of peanuts and crushes them into the floor where the wet spot was instead of getting a mop. GROSS! Our waitress was a little on the ditzy side but very friendly. She did talk down about her employer and their policies which I thought was rude and unprofessional.
It is Fayetteville so can’t expect this to be a 5 star place, but I’ll keep coming back.

Food and service at this location is great!!! We ordered the cheese sticks as an app. They give rolls (amazing!!!). We ordered steaks and chicken for the entrée. The restaurant it self was clean and bathrooms were a bit dirty. It was really busy tonight so I blame it on that. Wonderful experience.

My roommate and i were in the mood for the chipotle chicken sandwich so we called a couple in for pickup. I consistently wait 10 min or more past the quoted time for my takeout to be available. (Currently waiting 10 min past quote time). In Fayetteville, Texas Roadhouse beats Logan’s hands down for service and food.

Me and my military buds go here whenever we’re training in the area. Service is always excellent. Place is absolutely great. Signature road house alcohol sweet tea are a must, and they give you free rolls and peanuts. Food is fairly priced and always came out on time fast. If your in the area I highly suggest stopping here at least once

VERY DISAPPOINTING! I went in for carryout. The waitress read off what I ordered although all of it wasn’t in the bag. One thing my husband especially wanted was a sweet potato, WELL we got the SUGAR for the potato but NO POTATO. I called and the manager offered me a «free» sweet potato the next time I visit. I live across town, not driving back and there will be no next time!!! I’m NOT impressed!!!

I think its truly pretty sorry that Logan’s puts a reply to your post when its not so very well service, But they should reach out to you to see the true problem. I posted on friday night about my service there, I think what I need to do is post the whole video of 27m13s so everyone can see for themselves just how bad the service there is.
I even went as far as to call them after receiving the mail that they had replied to there phones just keep rolling over and over it is 4pm eastern time and can’t get someone on the phone, just maybe they don’t care.
Last it anyone was to notice i don’t do reviews this would be my 2^nd ever in my life.
But I felt like I’m in business here in Fayetteville NC if they don’t know they can’t fix

Horrible experience!!!
First of all, it was a birthday party and we had 11 ½ people and called ahead. They didn’t give us a table big enough. We had to split up.
Second, waitress tried to have us order before giving us bread or asking for appetizers. But, other than that she was very attentive.
Third, cheese fries had like no cheese.
Fourth, orders took forever to the point waitress had told the manager about it and he appauligized.
Fifth, found a hair on the inside bun of a hamburger and after 20 – 30 minutes manager came over with new one and just dropped it off without an appaulizing. He just said he would take it off the check. Bad customer service.
Other than that the food was as expected. We like to go to logans because we like the food, but the service has gone horribly down hill.
Used to eat steaks there when they had a older blonde female and the food was always fabulous. After she left, MULTIPLE occassions the steaks were never cooked right. So, we just don’t eat steak there anymore.

The food was ok. just like any other chain steak house. The services was good and our waitress checked on our table very often.

Went to eat dinner last night and wanted to try this place for the first time. When I got there the place is a typical roadhouse with the peanuts at each table and you have the glory of throwing the shells on the floor. I was greeted by the manger and asked for a drink. I wanted a Cabernet. He mentions what he had and I asked for a taste. When the manager came back to my table he brought back a sample of a white wine. Now I haven’t yet seen a Cabernet that was white. This told me that the manager didn’t seem to know his wines. Not Good. So I ordered the T-​Bone with the mashed potatoes, house salad and side of mushrooms. The T-​Bone was really thin and looks like someone smashed it to cook it. It was tuff for the most part until you got around the bone where there was more fat that made the meat more tender. The mashed potatoes had no favor, over cooked and tasted like they came from a box even though they are made every day. The mushrooms were good and the house salad was fresh.
The biggest problem I had with this pace was something completely different and made me think that I wouldn’t eat here again. What happen was in this place as you walk in they have the grill area were they make you’re your meal. Its glass incased. Well after I finished my dinner and was sipping on my wine I turned to watch the people behind the grill. What I notice was the employee reaching in to the chicken bin and pulls out a piece of chicken and places it on the grill. With that same hand (with no glove on it) reached into the meat bin and pulled a steak out and pleased it on the grill. Then reached back into the chicken bin and got another piece and placed it on the grill. Now during this whole process the same hand was used, didn’t wash it in any of the stages or have any gloves on. We call this cross-​contamination which is NOT good. People get very sick over this. The bad part of this is the Manager was in the grill area when this happened. I told the waitress and she got that same manager to come to my table. I told him of the situation and he basically said I will tell him. But at the same time all these pieces of meat were not taken off the grill and replaced. I just hope the people that got served this meat didn’t get sick. So bottom line I would be Leary at this point in eating in a place that handles meat the way they do. I myself don’t feel confident to eat anything from there anymore. But if you want to take a chance, good luck. I call it as I see it.

Logan’s is one of my go to spots. I usually get the smoking hot grilled wings they are delicious. The rolls here are amazing but don’t eat too many because you will become addicted and put on a few pounds in the process. I’ve had just about everything on the menu and it all tastes pretty good.

My 12 year-​old is easy to please. He usually likes everything.
He said, «the ribs were terrible.»
The Caesar salad was good, the chili was meh, the gravy on the steak was meh… at least the free peanuts were tasty!
