‘N Style Salon

Vanessa is awesome. She can be compared to the hair whisperer. It does not matter how bad your hair is or what color it is, Vanessa can fix it and make it look great! N Style is a relaxed place to come, everyone who works there has a good time but also knows what they are doing.

Let me start off by saying i was a longtime loyal customer of Kim Evans and N’style… Until today i always had a good solid place to get my haircut at a affordable price. My experience today has forced me to find a new place to to get a haircut… Unfortunately… First off i arrived at 930 am when i pulled up the hours were changed to 10 am no big deal i can wait 30 mins … I checked the website before and it still says open at 9 am. I walk in the florist is open next door kim is not there one girl there and when i walk in she says. Your early. I dont mention the time change and say i know i will wait. She replied. U will have too! Chuckled and walked off… Im not upset about waiting the first 30 mins, technically i was early… But when it hit 10 no one else had arrived yet, she saw me sitting there waiting patiently and she was putting towels away and tidying things up not once acknowledging me. I continued to sit there till 10 30 am and finally jus got up and walked out. I hate this happened. i really liked the salon and i do understand eveyone has a bad day or isnt on their A game all the time. But that was a pretty poor display of businesses conduct, professionalism and customer service. Sadly i will look for another salon who will appreciate my business and hard earned money…

Desiree cut/​styled my hair tonight and it is fabulous! I’ve lived here for two years now and haven’t been overly satisfied with a hair cut yet. I called and randomly booked an appointment with Desiree and when booking said I was interested in a shag. Desiree knew what a shag was and perfected my hair style! I’ll be back in 6 weeks to keep all my layers fresh. The price at N’ Style for my wash/​cut/​style was even less than many other places I’ve been to since moving here. Scheduling my appointment was very easy. I appreciated not having to wait 2 weeks for an appointment. This was a very pleasant experience from start to finish.

Wonderful place!!! Have been getting my hair cut here for years and all of the ladies are just fabulous! Today I got a wash and cut and as always it’s beautiful work by Kim Evans. Another stylist that I didn’t catch the name of, put layers in my 8 yr old daughters hair and it came out beautiful!!! Love love love this salon! These ladies keep me coming back with their southern charm and five star service!!!

TERRIBLE. Based on my experience at this establishment, I’m considering the term «southern» to be synonymous with «sub-​par» from now on. I wish I would’ve known better! I came here for a cut and highlight, and both sucked. The highlights ended up being a lop-​sided, harsh, and grossly uneven disaster! After the service (which somehow took THREE HOURS), I paid and left (I unfortunately made the mistake of trusting the stylist) without examining the results (esp the back of my head). I had the opportunity to take a closer look at my hair at home and in natural light… and I was horrified to see how unflattering, yellow/​orange, and unbalanced they left my hair. I called, and they agreed to resolve the issue. I went back to the salon and they applied an entirely ineffective toner to the highlights. No attempt was made to even out or otherwise remedy the damage they inflicted on my hair. I was shaking and nearly in tears, so so upset. They did issue me a refund, so things are resolved «by the books», BUT I feel scarred and traumatized seeing as my hair is still an absolute mess and I now have to come up for a solution to rid my hair of a problem that I didn’t sign up for!!! It’s seriously not much of a consolation to leave with a refund when your hair is ruined. So much regret. Stay far, far away from this hole.

If you want quality service, country feel, and not have to pay an arm and a leg for, then ‘N Style is the salon for you. I have been getting may hair done for 4 years now. Kim Evans is an amazing hair stylist. She knows what you need to make your hair healthier and of course what would make you look fabulous. Janeen the esthetician does great facials and waxing. She uses a special wax that doesn’t make it hurt as bad as other waxing I have had done at other salons. She is very skill and can tell you more about your breakouts and skin better than anyone else. They also have a massage therapist Kacey that gives one of the best deep tissue massages around. These people are just a few of the wonderful laddies at ‘N Style. They make you feel like family.

Overdue on highlights I decided to check this place out:
It’s not your modern day, high end salon; it has more of a southern country feel to it. And for those of us that don’t speak southern at times I found it hard to understand the hairdressers.
Anyways, Crystal did my hair and let me tell you one thing, she is upfront and blunt and is the type of woman that doesn’t take crap from anybody. BUT she is also the type of woman that has perfected her craft. She rocked my highlights and gave me a cut (which I was once again reluctant to get). Not to mention she was fast!
