I’m a regular but not anymore… Delivery service is suffering. Waited, waited, and waited… I called to check in and finally heard back from the deliverer. He apparently drove by several times and never found us but that never happened bc we were on the road, chilling, and waiting the entire time.
I made a «formal» complaint to corporate but I don’t expect much from it. We know how that goes: idiots with jobs they don’t deserve but corporate doesn’t want to pay unemployment bc they are no good at hiring in the first place. We were still charged and we are still waiting on a refund.
Customer service comes first. I don’t plan on dealing with idiots or corporations that support idiots…
