Popeyes Chicken and Biscuits

This location is horrible! They are always out of something, today I waited 10min for my food & the longest was about 35−40min, and the food is just ok if they even get the order right. I have tried it 4 times before writing this review at different times & days to see if it was the culture of this restaurant or an occasional hiccup. I will not be returning & the owner needs to come in and do some house cleaning.

The food is good when you get what you order. My wife has been to pick food up there and only twice got her entire order or the right order.

Went to this location around 1:30 today. Every order at the drive-​thru in front of us was taking an inordinately long time; now we know why. Used our credit card to pay at the window and 2 hours later received an email indicating suspicious activity on that card. At least 20 fraudulent purchases had been made with our stolen card number. Do not go here!!!

I won’t even want to give this store one star! There is a manager here named Brian, and he’s freaking rude to the highest level of rudeness! When I went inside the store, the store didn’t have any customer, so maybe this store lost a lot of customers because of the attitude and rudeness of management. I pulled up through the drive thru and ask for a 10pc dark chicken only, he just busted yelling at me that they don’t have 10pc, they only have 8, 12 and 16pcs. So i told him i will just go inside the store, because i know they have that 10pcs, that’s my regular order every time i visit the store. When i went inside, the cashier greeted me with a smile but then Brian started to yell at the cashier saying, «We only have 8, 12 and 16pcs, we don’t have 10pcs!!!» And i was like, why he’s so rude!!! He should’ve explain it in a nice way, inform me as a customer that they don’t have it anymore instead of screaming with rudeness!!! I stepped out of the store ended up buying nothing from them.

Awful. We had to wait forty minutes, my wife got the wrong thing, and they wouldn’t replace it with what she’d actually ordered. Also refused to refund us. Rude, slow, and terrible service.

Slow, slow, slow. Horrible service and they never have spicy chicken. The workers just acted as though we were not even at work. Nobody should waste their valuable time at this location.

Not the best one around. If you have biscuits in your name they better not be burned, just sayin.

I love Popeyes chicken, however this place needs work. Customer service horrible. The tables has crumbs on them from pervious customers. This is my 2^nd time here. I choose to dine in because last time the drive thru messed up my order. It will not be a 3^rd time. I waited 10 minutes for my food. Now I was just told that my spicy wings has an additional 5mins wait. I’m done with this ghetto establishment.

Fell in love with the waffle tenders. Drove out my way because I spotted the sign that they were still running the promotion on my way to work. Went out my way home to get some and although on the menu board to order I was informed they didn’t have them anymore. False advertising or simply laziness to remove the sign and I really liked this location.
