I was absolutely sickened by the disgrace of this«relaxing business.» I pre-paid for a Swedish massage but when I showed up and the owner saw that I am pregnant she agreed to let me have my massage… if I paid her double on the spot. Do not read this wrong. She did not want to upgrade me to a pre-natal massage. She did not offer for me to come back after I have the baby. She looked straight at me, saw $$$ signs and told me that either I aid more or they wouldn’t touch me. When I laid it out I said, «Let me get this straight, 1) I won’t be getting a pre-natal massage 2) I’ll only be getting the Swedish massage that I’ve already paid for 3) If I weren’t pregnant I’d still be getting the exact same massage for a lower price 4) Because I have a baby bump you want double even though no special arrangements need to be made whatsoever in order to accommodate me» she replied, «That’s right. That’s our rules.» She was stunned when I refused to fork over the extra cash she wanted, told me to deal with Groupon if I wanted a refund for the massage she was refusing to provide and then condescendingly said, «You do want your baby to be safe, don’t you?» Lady, don’t you dare. Don’t even pretend that this was about anything more than you trying to rip me off. This woman deserves to go out of business and frankly I hope her mother reads this so she can know how her daughter treated me today. I will NEVER step foot in that rip-off establishment again and you can bet that I’ll be putting in a huge complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well as file a complaint for discrimination. Way to sell your respect at the expense of a pregnant customer who entered happy and left in tears.

Not impressed at all. My therapist was nice but I was not given my complete massage time nor my complete time for my facial. I Don’t understand how you can have an 80 min service and they give you 70 min hands on! Well what are you doing for the other 10 min? Mind you, I advised the front desk that my massage and facial were short(massage by at least 25 min and my facial by 10 min) and all she said was sorry and asked if I was leaving a tip, uh no and I won’t be back either. I’ve definitely had better.

Let’s get the negative out of the way. I only gave the establishment a 4 due to the fact that I’ve been there twice and both times felt like the receptionist was not customer friendly. She doesn’t have an attitude but doesn’t appear to be happy to be there either(I mean dang don’t kill my vibe). However, I must say that over the phone she was very professional and courteous. Also, soft music in the lobby or maybe even more décor could give more of a relaxing tone. Non-infused water would be awesome as an option as well. Nonetheless everything else was GREAT! I showed up right on time yet my massage still began on time. Everyone that I encountered(aside from the receptionist) was friendly. I can’t remember the name of my masseuse but she used the right amount of pressure the entire time. Not once did I feel like I was in pain. It was very relaxing. If it weren’t so far from my home(45 min) I would be a regular.

If this place wasn’t so far, I would be there every week. If you live ANYWHERE in this area, you must try this spa. To be quite honest, if the owner moved this and her therapists to Atlanta, I think they would put other spas out of business, even the Chinese and Korean ones. To that end, if they added a sauna and body scrub option, they could put the ridiculously overrated JeJu out of business. If not, they would give it some serious competition. First off, the facility is huge. There’s so much space and the individual massage rooms are the largest I’ve ever been in. Bibi was my therapist and she was fantastic. She hit every joint, muscle, you name it. I’ll never forget her. I also got a chance to meet the owner and she was so sweet. It’s also great to know that they place special emphasis on people with physical disabilities. In essence, if you suffer from arthritis, migraines or any other physical pain or disability, I would definitely recommend them. Based on their initial assessment, I can tell there’s a special dedication to folks who suffer from various physical issues. They are very thorough. But even if you just want a good rub down, they will hook you up. I’m telling you, I was pleasantly surprised! The only reason I didn’t give this place 5 stars, is because I do believe they need to tighten up on the front desk customer service. Someone should be answering the phone at ALL times during hours of operation. It was difficult to get in touch with them initially. I had to call a few times. Nonetheless, I highly recommend this place especially if you live in the area. Parking might be a little rough because it’s in a plaza and you know how some businesses are with wanting ownership of parking spaces, but otherwise, this is truly a one-of-a-kind business. Try it out. I think you’ll enjoy it!

I purchased a Groupon for this place, I believe 80 minutes for $ 35 dollars. And I am happy I purchased the Groupon. When driving to the location, you might pass the place since it’s in a plaza without a obvious sign. My masseuse was very sweet and attention. My session started about 16 minutes late which is why I am giving this place 3 stars instead of 4. But all in all, it’s a pretty great place to try out.

I’ve been getting massages for 30 years– 5 in just the past 3 weeks. I use a lot of groupons and go from one spa on to the next. I’ve come back here 3 times, sans a discount. Had Josh as my therapist and am thoroughly satisfied w/his technique, his demeanor, his professionalism. I told him how much pressure I liked and where and, voila! 80 minutes of QUIET(yes, I share the sentiments of others who can’t stand inane blather. What are they thinking? This is a massage session– not the hair stylist’s chair), perfectly modulated, fluid relaxation. Great prices, nice atmosphere, good mood music for those who have tired of the typical whale sounds from beneath the sea. I look for a zone where I can linger and remove myself from the drama and stress in my life. Found it here. I thot the receptionist(s) could handle the intake more professionally, but that’s always a sticky prick for me… customer service is a dying entity overall these days. I’m just sayin… Bottom line: best results for my $ and my time in an age of so– so, hum drum massages. Try them. Ask for Josh.

Went to this location for a 80 min massage that I brought through groupon for $ 40! It was very nice and quiet and the customer service was excellent. Only reason I rated 4 stars was due to the establishment not having heated tables.

Finally went to get our massage. They rescheduled our original appointment last week. They said one of the massage therapist was sick. They rescheduled our appointment and offered us 80 minute services. That was good customer service! Thanks to my daughter for the Spa time together. I enjoyed my massage today. My daughter said her massage was the best she ever had. We made another appointment!
