Easy to move through the store. Sections are easy to identify. It’s well organized and seems to be a bit larger than some of the other Ross stores in the area.
Sometimes it looks a bit empty, but in fact, that makes it easier to see the merchandise and to shop, I can usually find very good bargains here

I’m a HUGE ROSS shopper. So when I found the nearest location to where I’m residing on my vacation, I was super excited. This one was okay. The store was nice and clean, well organized, and they had the creative items that I seek! I am a ROSS shopper for life!

I try not to go to this particular location but it was necessary and I always give an additional chance to right a wrong (or many in my case here). once again NOT happy! I found what I needed easily enough but as usual checking out with POOR customer service! :(The gal that was checking me out THIS time kept stopping to talk nonsense with a fellow employee and actually TRIPLED my check out time! I kid you not! I had 4 items! She scanned, conversed, bagged, scanned, conversed and bagged. Multi tasking was not her thing I get that but UGH! This happens a lot at this location and I am done here. I will never go to this location again! NOT FOR ANYTHING! Truly upset at the poor service here. Employees should be thankful to have jobs not look at their customers as an interruption. I mean HELLO!
