I’ve had better food in prison. Literally every employee was bumbingly incomplete from the waiter to the owner. The neck bearded butthurt dungeon troll of a waiter was too confused to explain their own lunch menu. After 5 minutes of queries as to how to mark the lunch special on what looked like a form to apply for government aid we placed our order then helped ourselves to a hot cauldron of lukewarm miso soup. Imagine if the soviet gulags had had a Japanese culinary event: water with squalid lumps of pseudo-tofu. This may of been the highlight of our visit. After getting asked by the waiter then cook to confirm our order we were beginning to think the staff was collectively exposed to lead poisoning as children. When our food arrived we realized they had gotten 3 out of 5 orders wrong. Needless to say don’t eat here.

Disgusting! Its extremely dingy and run down and my steak came out and tasted like it had went rotten a week prior. When I told the waitress she had the manager(older white male) and the cook come out. When I told them I couldn’t stomach the food they went and got their own forks and proceeded to eat the food off my plate. right in front of me. They said«oh its the seasoning»! No, its definitely rotten meat.

I won’t lie the food was ok, but the wait ruined the experience. Took about 45 minutes for them to bring the main dish, took till after I was done eating that for them to bring the appetizer. The owner was there and did not even apologize for the horrible service.

The rolls didn’t taste as fresh as I remembered from other restaurants. The Miso Soup was ok nothing that I would want to eat again but the waitress was nice and the owner is prior military so I don’t mind supporting his establishment.

I called and placed my order today. When I went to pick it up the sushi was ready. Still in the process of cooking the rest of my order. Which was no problem being that I got there early. I recieved a coupon stamp and got 3 stamps. After your 10th you get a free buffet or sushi. The lady was super nice and polite! It was a little more on the pricey side but the amount of food you get is worth it! The sushi taste delicious. Im not 100% sold on the chicken hibachi but taste alright. Definately give it a try.

I have eaten here 5 times in the past couple months so far and have not been disappointed one time. My sons are avid sushi fans and after living outside of Seattle for 3 years we have had pretty extensive exposure. It was always rolled fresh, a nice size, and not over priced. The bulgogi can be made kid friendly and is a favorite of ours. It comes with a kimchi variety sampler which gives you a great introduction to Korean tastes, if you aren’t already familiar. Sweet plum wine is a great pairing to the spicy tones. Everything was made to order at dinner with generous portions. Order up and groupon have partnerships, so discounts and delivery make it a great deal — but not at the same time. The owners and staff were very attentive and made sure to accomodate and satisfy no matter the size of our group or if we were dining in or carrying out. Def a gem in Fayetteville

Outstanding customer service! I’ve eaten here a few times and never walked away hungry or not like what I ordered. I love the white sauce! I did call in an order during a rainy day. Prior to getting off the phone I heard, «Drive safe!» I was taken back. I’ve never heard that from a restaurant. It was such a nice personal touch and that’s exactly what this restaurant has, charm.

Service is always excellent here. But they threw me off when I asked for a to-go drink today after I had just paid my bill and the woman told me $ 2. The food is ok, but not my #1 choice for Korean cuisine. Shila is still my top option. For sushi and bento boxes, visit Sushi Court in Westwood instead. 2nd time visiting and probably my last.

My boyfriend and I just ate here tonight, and it was amazing. Definitely the best sushi that we have had in all of the Fayetteville area, and it was pretty, too! We got the Rainbow Roll, Dragon Roll, Philadelphia Roll, and the Spider Roll. The service was outstanding. Great staff that are so friendly, they made us want to come back again and again. You will be missing out on delicious food and such sweet people if you don’t stop by this place. This is our go-to sushi spot from now on. Thanks again! :)

This place has the best Korean lunch buffet around. Quality food at a great price. The sushi they have is pretty decent, there are better places in town for sushi, but sushi isn’t Sapporo’s speciality.

I ordered 2 small rolls, 1 order of kimchi jjigae(soup) and the total came out to about $ 40. I understand the scarcity of Koreans in this area and the limited amount of Korean ingredients, but even for a Fayetteville-based Korean joint, that’s pretty expensive. I also knew that I would need extra rice, so I ordered some on the way out, it cost $ 3 extra for a small portion of steamed white rice. I grabbed my debit card and the lady told me that the limit was a $ 5 purchase, lol, I told her that I just spent $ 40 on food, and that that was 8x’s their limit. She replied that it was a separate purchase… so I suggested that I add it to the tip portion of the receipt to cover for it and she agreed. I don’t think I’ll come back to this place. Seems like all they want is money. The Korean food wasn’t even that great. The kimchi jjigae was over priced and too salty. In addition, the rice that came with the jjigae was a half portion, and so was the extra one I bought for $ 3. I’m Korean, I know my Korean food and how it’s supposed to taste. I suppose the sushi was satisfactory but not the best I’ve had. Not going back to this place.
