Sorry but every time I come to this store no matter what time there is always 35−45min wait or longer! What’s up with that! I’ve come here a half a dozen times within the year and left… it’s ridiculous! I’m here today… there are 8 customers &7 employees including manager. WHYISTHERE A WAITTODAY??? Also after 35 min I asked to speak to the manager. After a 15 min wait I was told he was busy! Really! No problem… several customers were complaining… one lady had been in the store for 2 hours and still wasn’t finished! On to the GENERALMANAGER!

Been with Sprint for 10 years now, and it’s been a long but enjoyable ride. Even more so after finding out that my condo is a dead zone for any carrier EXCEPT Sprint, which leads to funny«Can you hear me now?» jokes. But I digress… What I like about this particular Sprint store is that there is always someone around to help you pick out the best phone to suit your needs. They never try to up sell you to a more expensive phone, and they want you to go home happy. I always have, so clearly they do something right! What I love about the phone options is that Sprint keeps up with the times in it’s own way. Rather than having a flashy phone or a certain brand of phones that can’t read it’s own map system correctly *cough*, Sprint manages to seek out quality phones that carry reputable brand names and features that have existed well before that app you downloaded last night. It’s quite possible my dad has the oldest phone in America and it still works, Sprint still services it, and they even help him hunt down new chargers if needed. I’ve been very happy with Sprint and will continue to enjoy my coverage and free minutes as well as some great customer service.
