Before I came here I called to make sure they were able to do what I needed. I needed to print some documents on legal paper, have them notarized, and Mail them overnight back to Virginia, all in less than 2 hours. The man who answered the phone told me exactly what I needed to do to get this done. When I arrived a lady named Cole immediately offered assistance. After I explained she told me to email my docs to the store email address. She had them printed, got an envelope and label ready. Then she directed me to H&R Block to get the notary done. I got the notary and upon return all I had to do was hand her my documents. She already put my information in the computer! I couldn’t believe the level of customer service. I don’t usually write reviews but just had to due to the excellent customer service. After I thanked her she said«It’s my job.» That may be true but great customer service is a lost art. I hope Fedex does everything they can to keep her on staff. At the very least she deserves a promotion. Thanks to her I’ll be using this Fedex in the future.

Love the service there. It was packed but he took care of me very well. I didn’t feel neglected or anything. I felt really comfortable. In the end he gave me my paper for free. It suppose to be 1 dollar and he said don’t worry about it. Love it there.

They have everything I need but the employees move way too slow! Not even worth a lengthy review! Try elsewhere!

I was in Fayetteville for less than 48 hours to accomplish a few things. Though I had to take care of business there, I still had school work to do. And three hours before my flight, i needed to print a poster and take it with me on the plane. I walked into staples hoping they’d be able to take care of this. THough they have a good print and copy section, they told me that I needed to have a USB/thumb drive in order to print. I had sent it to myself on my email but the lady with a smile told me that that was the ONLY way. She didn’t suggest any other ways — didn’t offer to let me borrow a thumb drive or asked me to purchase one and use one of their computers to get the file. Just flat out said, they weren’t going to be able to do it. So I asked where I could do this — she simply said their competitors across the street. At this point, i was just dumbfounded. Not even upset, just dumbfounded. She wasn’t thinking of other ways to accommodate me and get my business… just referred me to a different vendor. I wouldn’t go to staples at this location ever. Just walk over to fedex/kinkos across the parking lot, or just go to office depot across the street. I ended up going to kinkos and they too said they needed a thumb drive — but the manager came over and said to email it to her. It may not seem like a big deal, but it is those little things that make a difference in the customer’s mind.

Had problems with a couple of work printers on the road and needed to get new printer cartridges on a Saturday morning. Was there as soon as they opened. One of the employees saw me looking around trying to find where the inks were located and led me to the correct section. The type I needed was not on the shelf, and the employee said he would go to the back and get what I needed. He returned quickly with a smile and a case of the product and energetically said I am getting«case fresh» products. I was in and out of the store in less than 10 minutes, which was crucial as the work day was waiting on my return with these items.
