Starbucks

I only stop here because they usually have what I like. The service is fast and usually friendly, but not so much when the rude Asian lady is there. Maybe she’s the owner I don’t know and don’t care, but her attitude is horrible.

This is my first time at this location so I don’t know what the «regulars» go through but my experience was fine… my drink was good, service was good. the only thing was the lack of a drive-​thru and very few outlets… it’s such a small store to be around all the retail and restaurants here but I guess it works… I’ll be back if I’m on this side of town again.

When I am on this side of town I stop at this location. This Starbucks honestly is a hit or miss as other reviewers stated, the staff here are usually friendly, which is good. However the drinks here are not consistent with the other locations and that should be the case, seeing this is a major brand. Today I stopped by and my drink was make quickly, which is a huge plus and that usually is not the issue as I am not in some huge rush, but the pumpkin spice latte had little favour. This is one of my favourite drinks, so it is odd that it tasted very bland (like drinking plain warm milk).
What one consumer purchases at one Starbucks should taste the same at another location 50 miles away.
This is a nice store, it does not have a drive thru window, which is fine, as people need to get out of their car and walk these days. However, my fellow Unilocalers, you’d probably be better off driving half a mile to the Target located here in the Pavilion, as this Target has a Starbucks located inside of it and the times I been there, drinks were always the same.
When in doubt, add another pump…

The service is really slow. They did not have decaf coffee made and it was 5:00. I also ordered a smoothie that took them, no joke, 15 minutes to make! Meanwhile, they managed to get coffee to everyone that ordered coffee. The guy making the smoothie was to busy flirting with the teenage girls… Who had their coffee! This place cannot handle heavy traffic. Starbucks in Roswell is definitely more efficient and friendly.

meh. been here a few times. the service is hit or miss. too many of the baristas friends hang out here and i always feel like i’m interrupting their conversations. i drive another 15 miles out of my way to avoid this starbucks if i can.
