WORST. EVER. 6 tables, 3 servers & it still took over 5 minutes just to be asked for our drink order. Servers just stand around talking while food sits in the window waiting to be delivered to impatient patrons. Floor was filthy and it was only 10am so they apparently don’t clean at night. This is a regular occurrence so we’re officially done with this place.

Steak ‘n Shake as a whole, are not too good. Besides the shakes, the burgers usually leave little to be desired. This one is no different.

Good food and good service. Parm garlic fries are tasty. I order the Philly or Mushroom burger and it’s always good. Can’t beat the price unless you want sub part quality like McDonald’s.

Service is not up to par. Long wait times, and unhelpful staff has been a consistency at this steak and shake. No one checks on your tables for refills, etc. I doubt my family will continue once Freddy’s opens up. Food is good once you get it, but the wait and everything else makes for a unfortunate experience all around.

This is the first time in a LONG time that I visited this place and the service was great! Food was fresh and very good! Maybe there was a change in management! Hope this quality of service continues!

Pretty freakin good! I’d say better than Sonic all the way around.
I am from California and was visiting the NWA area. I came here 2 days in a row and ordered the Philly cheese steak burger. So good. Also ordered shakes to go. I’ll be making the hour drive to the one location in Southern California … i hope it’s as good. Even my 2 boys loved it.

In the last two months, this place has gone to hell. Food took forever. My chili Mac had maybe two tablespoons of chili on it. I complained and got another tablespoon’s worth. Last time got a foot long chili dog, burned, with minimal chili. Kinda cold too, and it took forever. Manager comped it. This place used to be great, not going back.

Terrible. Ordered two meals in the drive thru, asked them to hold the onion on both burgers. Got home with our food, and they’ve put nothing BUT onion on both burgers. Pull your heads out, Steak n Shake workers.

Tried this place again. Quality is gone period. Fries were cold and greasy. None of the burgers were correct. I hate mayo so I ordered mine with mustard… it had so much of that it wad literally running out of tge sides. I scraped off at least 3 – 4 tablespoons off it. Do not get me going on the soggy mess of the buns.

I’ll admit their burgers aren’t the best in the world, or the area, but they are pretty good. I mainly go there because I LOVE the thin fries and the shakes. I do also like the varieties of burger types they have, and of course the varieties of shakes. I’ve been to Steak n’ Shake in Texas and it wasn’t nearly as good. The prices are also a big plus!

Talk about horrible! Servers talking about female «v’s». Calling a older customer a crude name. Another server checked her order at the window with a spoon (not a problem that’s great) problem came in when she put that spoon back in with the clean spoons! Server forgot to order part of our food. Manager sent a different server to ask how things were & he never came to the table. At checkout he didn’t ask what was wrong when I asked for names & numbers! Then told me he was to busy to come to the table! Not so! There was so much more as well! Don’t go to this location!!!

Fun place and the food is tasty but going to put a few pounds on ya. The staff is always nice and the service has been great. We usually go with our 3 boys and they love this place.
The shakes are great too.

Great staff, incredible shakes! Burgers are tiny. Fries weren’t fresh. A bit over priced. Nice employees though.
