They have extended hours that make it available to people who donate after work and class. Staff is always efficient in trying to process people as fast as possible. The movies on the TV’s help to pass the time. I also like to bring my books or notes to study in the waiting room. My only complaint would be the payment. I’ve donated for years and the rates seem to be very low compared to others and have very few bonus opportunities. Overall great facility.

First let me start by saying that you might wait here for a very very long time, but that can be expected with the amount of people they process here. Sometimes they are ahead of schedule and sometimes not, that’s why I get here 30 – 45 minutes before they open. One nice thing about this location is they have longer hours than the Bragg Blvd location as well.
BUT!!! With that being said, I’ve never run across the rude people that were mentioned before. The staff and nurses are super friendly, love to joke around and do their best to get you out of here as quick as possible. Oh… and who doesn’t love to pocket a little extra cash while saving a life?

Terrible facility. The staff members are rude. You could sit for 4 – 6 hours at a time and still be unable to donate. They pay much less than other facilities as well
