I went with TCS in May of 2015 for my home security needs. Initial sales were great, helpful and timely. System was state of the art and user friendly. However, one of the panels has been having problems and service lacks. Today is our third appointment and the second time they didn’t meet scheduling times. It seems that«the tech didn’t see the ticket» twice now. Hopefully after two half days out of work, they will get it resolved today after calling again to see where the tech was.
