Great apartment, nice and spacious. Located conveniently nearby every and anything you can possibly think of. Not too far or close from the military base Fort Bragg. To be so close to everything it’s an extremely quiet neighborhood. The amenities that comes with the apartment are just an added bonus.

I was here visiting my boyfriend who lives in a one bedroom apartment.
The apartment is spacious, the best quality I saw in the place. The kitchen’s look and the appliances are dated. There’s linoleum on the floor. I would say rent in Fayetteville, is relatively low, and my bf pays on the higher side of the average for rent. So i would expect at least updated countertops and floors.
Anyways, the bedroom is very spacious but is very oddly shaped. Instead of a square, it’s more of an elongated rectangle. making some of his furniture look awkward in the space.
There is a free gym but every time I glanced in there it was PACKED!
There’s a decent sized pool but no hot tub :(Minus a star…
Also, the pool area could be spruced up a little bit with some nice potted plants or something.
The leasing office seemed convenient though, because they offer free computer and printing services.
