Andrea has been awesome to work with. She has been very helpful and has great advice about what to look for when choosing a property to purchase as a rental. Our first house was rented quickly thanks to her help. Her team took care of the repairs necessary to get it rent ready. We are happy and are looking forward to working with them on our second purchase.

Very professional, efficient, and military affiliates. Andrea and Casey have jointly managed our property for going on two years. We have not been without a tenant for more than a few weeks and have been very happy with how any property «issue» has been dealt with. I would recommend this company to anyone seeking property management.

First, I normally don’t give out 100% marks on anything so don’t let ⁴⁄₅ stars deter you. I may have given them ⁵⁄₅ stars but I’ve been jaded in NC by a real estate investing experience that has been negative overall (I live in and do most my business in CA). Probably the only positive experience I’ve had out there is working with Andrea and the Williams Group.
As full service real estate professionals (meaning they have experience as Realtors, as investors, property managers, and in connecting other tradesman and professionals) I’ve found them to be much more than satisfactory. As communicators, I’ve found Andrea’s level of follow-​up and follow-​thru to be exemplary. Unfortunately, I have had some real tough breaks at my two rental properties out there, but each time, The Williams Group has assisted me in what I believe was probably the best way possible. Their fees are very reasonable and I haven’t at all felt they’ve tried to «nickel & dime» me over issues that have came up the way other property management companies will try to.
When I go to sell these properties (hopefully soon) I will surely be using them in that capacity. I tried to keep this relatively brief but I hope this review will act as a tremendously positive recommendation for their services.
