This Walmart was helpful with the isle I needed to go to find my items and it was a much better experience than the other Walmart on Skibo Road… avoid that location like the plague! My visit here was early in the morning so it was a quick in and out. Sincerely, A Loyal Customer

Probably the worst Walmart I’ve ever been in, and no Walmart is particularly good. It was not well-stocked at all. It was messy. The employees were some of the least helpful people I have ever dealt with. Avoid this store at all costs.

I usually would love coming to fayetteville Walmart. It used to Always be so nice, but now it’s just trash with there employees. At the register I was checking out this beef, the cashier that the fucking audacity to make US put that shit in the bag because she thought it was heavy and disgusting. Oooh I should have called the place and complain but I forgot what that ghetto bitch name was.

I just left the Walmart automotive service department, and I must say I’m pleased with the service. He told me the oil change would take approximately 25 minutes, and indeed that’s all the time it took. The technician I worked with was very friendly his name is Justin. I’d definitely recommend going here.

Okay, when my husband shared with me about the county of Clayton, let me just share that this County really needs a lot of TLC due to their recent school district scandal. People moved out and it’s almost like a ghost town here with numerous of business closing. What bothers me the most about a «ghost town» is the lack of care in products. I went to do some grocery shopping at this particular Walmart and it was horrible. The produce here was like«left overs» at the bottom of the barrel and they just packed that up to ship it to this location because this is a «ghost town anyway.» The onions were rotting, the grapes were rotted(I praise a lady who was pissed off and told the employee to get rid of some of the grape packages because you can’t sell this crap to the people), and everything else is questionable. I stand out not because I’m one of the few Asians that currently reside here for the summer, but because I also don’t take bs from stuff that I see. Whoever is in charge of this Walmart, you need to stand up for your community and your people. This particular Walmart needs to be monitored in the produce section. Those of you that want to «punk» around after hours, don’t start shit. People in this community have been through enough. Why don’t you do something with yourself and rebuild this community back up.

This Walmart pretty much sucks. They do not keep their shelves stocked. I am accustomed to going to Walmart and getting everything I need but this one does a horrible job at keeping the store stocked especially the african american hair care and accessories. Furthermore, the customer service is almost non-existent. The staff has a complacent attitude. I would place much of that on management when the atmosphere is one of little concern for the customer and more concern with socializing.

Video: Walmart is cheating Flip Video Camera buyers. In this video-blogger’s case, I wanted to purchase a Flip Video Ultra HD to replace one I owned that was damaged in use at the Consumer Electronics Show. I’m a professional video blogger. So, after going to Target and Best Buy in Fayetteville, GA, I went over to Walmart with my Mom. The person who worked in electronics, Tracy, was excellent. There were no Flip Cameras out on display because Walmart, like other stores, were thinning out their inventory since Cisco stopped making Flips. Because of that, many stores have been selling Flips at far below their original retail price — it was logical to expect Walmart in Fayetteville, GA to so the same. On top of that, Tracy told me the only one they had was a «used» display model. She went to another part of the large store to talk to the manager, a guy named Mike, then brought that out, and was going to sell it for $ 179. I said«I’m not paying that for a display model.» I told her the price for it should be $ 120 at best. The manager said he could knock off 35 percent, bringing the price down to $ 143. Fine, sold. But here’s the new problem. When I unboxed the Flip, I didn’t see an owners manual OR the audio output cords that come with the Flip. On top of that, there was NO Cicso logo — it was by Pure Digital. That means the Flip Camera was almost 2 years old. It worked well and has an HD output, and 120 minutes of time, but it was an older model. Really, Mike should have sold it to me for, at best, $ 100. Tops. When I called him to explain the problem, Mike refused to change his decision, saying there was nothing he could do. A store customer service clerk said that the final decision was his, and he could have marked down the price more. He did not, and refused to do so. Mike should be fired from Walmart, effective immediately. Walmart says«We save people money so they can live better» right on its Twitter account. That’s a total lie. I made a video to go with this. It’s here:

I never thought I’d find a reason to rate anything with one star — but I was wrong. If there was something lower than 1 — I’d use it here. This Wal-Mart is just awful. The store is always dirty and the customer service left a decade ago. It’s like you interrupted them while they were talking with other associates or playing with their phone. To top it off — there is always a shopping cart denting my car as nobody works the lot. Now this is not a mark on ALL the employees there as I’m sure some care, but this it’s the norm. There has got to be a point where the consumer will not sacrifice service in the name of low low prices… Take your business to PTC, Griffin, Atlanta, San Diego, Seattle, or Mars before you test your sanity at this place. UGH~

This store is an absolute pit. It’s messy, badly staffed and it stays trashed half the time. I admit, we try not to shop at Walmart at all, but sometimes convenience just wins out. Still though, we’d rather go to the one in Hampton and how weird is that… leaving Fayette County to go to Hampton because they have a nicer store. About twice a year I convince myself it can’t be that bad… and I regret it every single time.
