Great customer service with a smile! I just ordered an arrangement for a family in the store and Jake was so much help!!! I showed him the arrangement I wanted and asked if I could add some more items to make it more unique. Jake gave some suggestions and was very honest about not putting too much in the arrangement so it wouldn’t look tacky or «too much». Jake showed me visually, in person an arrangement of the same size and container I ordered so I could see the actual size, as the picture in the book looked so much smaller. Jake could have up sold me more just too bring more money in, but he cared enough to be honest and was so kind by saying, «what was chosen to be added was perfect and just enough so it maintains its beautiful colors and not look like a big blob of chocolate!» Jake was very professional and patient, especially with two kids under age 10 bee-​bopping around the store and making noises… i really appreciated it! I know the fruit will be fresh, the chocolate will be the perfect sweet treat and will be beautiful to look at. The manager even said she would text me a picture of it tomorrow before it is sent to show me what it looks like so i know what the family is getting. That is really going out of the way for your customers in my opinion and again i really appreciate that. I would totally go back again and order more arrangements. I have been there before to pick up arrangements after I ordered online, but it is a better ordering process when in person if you want to customize your arrangement. I used Edible Arrangements in Feasterville Trevose on a Sunday afternoon in need of a gift. The customer service I received while calling from out of state was spectacular. The woman I spoke to on the phone was helpful, knowledgeable and truthful. Everything you can ask for in great customer service! My parents loved their Regular Size Confetti Cupcake arrangement! Thank you for the prompt delivery and ability to accommodate promotional codes! I will forever want to use this location when ordering for gifts in Bucks County, PA!

Do not order your fruit from this store. I order many edible arrangements to be delivered to my client’s place before. Other places would deliver on time. This place? They waited until the office closed to deliver. Not very professional practice.

On August 24, 2012 I ordered a fruit basket from ‘Edible Arrangements’ on 252 B East Street Road in Feasterville, PA. It was called «Mango Kiwi Blossom Dipped Strawberries and Pineapples». Sounds good, right? The cost was $ 108.00 plus taxes of $ 6.50. When I went to the store to pick it up, the lady showed me my basket. I told her that it could not possible be mine, because I ordered a Large one. She said that it was a Large one. It was probably 9 inches in height and may be 8 inches in width (including the basket). It looked extremely small for $ 114.50. I asked her to show me then a small basket, she replied that all the baskets were the same size, it’s just an amount of fruit is different. I couldn’t return it because I was charged a credit card upon ordering and I needed to deliver the gift at certain time.
So, my experience with ‘Edible Arrangements’ wasn’t great and I would never order from them again. It’s just does not worth it!

I have never been to the place but i did place an order from online and they were very helpful. Since it was already 5 and the status showed pending I decided to call the store myself because the person I was sending the arrangements to left work at 6. Therefore when I called the store the arrangements were still at the store so they decided to call the owner and have the owner physically go in and deliver the arrangements so it can be arrived on time!

I just love when one of their arrangements shows up at work and it’s not my fault if a chocolate dipped pineapple fell off and into my hand!
Always a huge hit, an Edible Arrangement that is always fresh and tasty and will not go to waste.

I have started sending these to friends and family for birthdays, as they are always appreciated and go over so well.
