I send and receive packages frequently and this is by far the nicest, most professional Fedex staff that I’ve dealt with. They take the time to wrap stuff in front of you/carry a conversation if they aren’t busy and can absolutely be trusted if you have to leave expensive items for packing later(I left a brand new $ 2k computer for shipping and it got to its destination without a problem). Always knowledgeable about rates and shipping options. Skip UPS down the street… the ladies here rock!

I just returned from FedEx in Feasterville. Three days ago, I took a package in to be returned to original vendor. Imagine my surprise when it showed up on my doorstep early this evening. I took it over to the FedEx store where they told me I would have to spend an additional 16.00 to re-ship my package again because they didn’t cover up the original shipping label. Two hours later and with the help of a Customer a Service Mgr. From Houston named Evelyn my package was on its way at no additional cost to me. Shame shame. When I was in the store 3 days before they were discussing the UPS snafu at Christmas. To me this is worse because they projected the blame on me… that I didn’t tell them the 2 labels were on the box. I don’t think I as the customer should have to tell these people how to do their jobs. I would think twice before using FedEx again, but you have a great employee in Evelyn in Houston. If it weren’t for her I would still be there. Bravo Evelyn!
