LPS bought out the small local exterminator I did business with for years. I called them and asked for an inspection, I suspected that termites were eating one of my basement windows. Their inspector came and said that there was NO current termite activity and basically spent all of 5 minutes in my house looking at the floor joists in my basement ceiling. I ended up taking out the window that had suspected termite damage and the window literally fell apart in my hands because it was eaten up so badly. YES the window was loaded with termites that LPS failed to find or acknowledge. NO I won’t be using them in the future — I don’t trust them.
