Came here with my girlfriend last week on Valentine’s weekend. It was advertised at $ 90 a night but when we checked in it was $ 120 a night. Kinda corny. Then we went to the room and it was blowing cold air. Mind you, it was 9 degrees outside. Asked for maintenance and they say it would take time to warm up. Like we paid top dollars for AC colder than my house. But eventually the room warmed up nicely. The beds are very comfortable(sleep number beds) Staff was decent overall. And the bar is very nicely set up. So if you are looking for a top of the line 5 star suite, keep looking. But if you’re looking for a place to stop through or a place to crash, this spot will do.

stayed here for 2 nights for a wedding in the area. first nite, had a late nite dinner at the hotel restaurant w/the bride-to-be. we split their pizza & a chicken w/goat cheese salad. i guess its to be expected that hotel restaurant food is not gonna be great unless its a 5star hotel? the pizza was just ok, but i would not call it pizza — i dont know where they got that crust from. it was like bread. no it was like that frozen pizza u cook in a toaster oven. the salad had potential — the chicken was over cooked and dry. and i love me some goat cheese, and that was not fresh goat cheese. it too was dry. had a dirty martini from the bar w/my dinner, and that wasnt that good either — i felt like i was drinking straight up olive juice. cut to next morning — ordered breakfast in the hotel room w/the bride to be on her wedding day. we placed our order on those little papers that u hang on the door the night before. they totally forgot one of our items, when our breakfast came in the morning. ok, whatever. so we shared the eggs — gross. grossest scrambled eggs i’ve ever had. tasted like they were from a box, and not real eggs. bacon was nasty and greasy. potatoes were whatever. the whole wheat toast was good. cut to — brunch the day after the wedding. went down for their buffet, but was late. good thing i was sitting w/the newlyweds, b/c the person in charge of the restaurant came over to us and said we dont need to get our food from the buffet(thank god, b/c it looked just like our breakfast from the morning before) — but that we could order whatever we wanted, and they’d cook it for us. well that was nice treatment to get. and come to think of it, we totally deserved it(well not me) — but the bride & groom had a lot of friends & family staying in that hotel, so they gave the radisson a lot of business that weekend. so i got to get a real egg white omelette made to order for myself! the restaurant ended on a good note! as for the rest of my hotel stay — the beds were really hard, which was different. the shower i had in rm 413 — sucked. it didnt drain correctly. otherwise, the hotel room was fine.
