Kmart was once a premier discount retailer. Since Sears aquired them the store is a shadow of it’s former self. Going there yesterday looking for a PS4 game console none were there, in fact no consoles. What they did have was food stuffs, tv’s, clothing etc. The store was missing 2/3rds of their products aren’t there plus most of their prices are too far off other retailers(ex. blank dvds for 23.00, radio shack had same for 12.00) My guess is by this time next year they’ll be gone. A shame.

I went to kmart to get some worms to go fishing. Me and a friend walked by the sports section and saw airsoft guns. They were cheap so we figured we would get a couple because they looked cool. I am 19, with a license that proves that. My friend is 18, he doesnt have a license but has a permit and school id. You need to get a worker to get the airsoft guns from the shelf, so my friend went to go get someone. He came back saying the guy wouldnt let hin get one because you needed to prove you were 18. So i went over to him and showed him my license. He wouldnt let me purchase the airsoft gun even though i am almost 2 years older than 18. Claiming that i was buying it for my friend, who by the way, was 18 and could prove it. I wasnt even buying it for him first of all. I was very mad, think about it, we arent allowed to buy guns that shoot plastic pellets, but we can go to war with ak-47’s. Ignorant old man, Bill needs to go. Everyone else seemed very nice, younger kids, but they didnt want to define bill. Time for bill to retire

Dont bother coming here. They rip you off of your shop ur way rewards n answer the questions on the machine u should be. Also I just bought water wanted my receipt sent to email. First kmart in the area to tell me no I cant do that I have to have a paper receipt. Very disorganized n it shows that Sears/Kmart dont care for customers anymore… pathetic. Hello Walmart

I usually don’t shop at Kmart. The ONLY thing I would buy if anything would be automobile stuff. Customer service is the worst here. Better service and products at Target. STAY away from this store please.

I’ve shopped at K-mart over the years but typically prefer to go elsewhere. Their prices aren’t bad all around, but certain items I’ve found cheaper at Target or Walmart. As mentioned below, their electronics department is outdated, especially their video games and media. Want a game out of the glass case or need some help? Good luck trying to find an employee anywhere but the front counter. Also– why will they never open more than two registers, even during busier times? The place seems understaffed. Also I’ve noticed a decline in customer service. In fact, these people were just plain rude. I’ve had problems with different employees on different occasions, a couple times involving disputes over advertised prices. The manager talked down to me and yelled until a friendlier associate offered to help. Mediocre store, terrible service.

Better than walmart but not as good as target… You can usually get in and out pretty quickly since it’s never busy. Drawback is the selection and availability… Electronics department is about 8 years behind but it’s getting better. dig automotive dept,

Oh stop! I am going to go right ahead and rate this average, seeing they bought out Sears and Land’s End, you can actually find some cool deals. I have not been inside of a Kmart in many, many moons. Needing some ink cartridges and tired of taking them to be refilled only to run out again soon, I checked out Kmart. Not only are their prices lower than the competition, I had to do a double take on the store. The first thing I noticed was it is not as «junkie» as it used to be. They have a nice area for pool supplies, patio furniture and grills. They have everything a Target has and dare I say more, some things are better and prices are lower. I didn’t just say that, did I? They offer electronics! When did this happen? And a Pharmacy, inside of Kmart? Their on line web site has everything, from appliances to outdoor play sets for children. Nah, I just can’t do it, it’s Kmart, down one star.
