This place is a joke. Stay away, far away

I might be the little old grumpy old lady as the boss calls me. just don't ask me for information, I'll give you the wrong information according to the boss. I'll be out of here soon enough and maybe she will get someone that knows what they are doing.

I am sorry that someone else had such a bad experience here, but my husband and I have been here many times over the last few years, sometimes for when we bought a used car and were switching titles, other times for questions/​advice such as when we were donating an old car and wanted to be sure it went smoothly. I have even called for advice on the phone about what to put on the memo line for paying our annual registration. We have always been treated with extreme courtesy and kindness. We found all the employees knowledgeable and very helpful. And also extremely patient, since sometimes it takes both me and husband a few tries to understand what we are supposed to do or sign. We would not go anywhere else for any auto tag or notary needs.

I’m new to this whole go-​to-​a-​third-​party-​for-​automotive-​documentation racket that they have here in Pennsylvania. So, when I had to switch over the title to my motorcycle, I was lead to this place where the process was seamless and really pleasant! Much better than PennDot would ever be!
If I had any questions, the lady was super helpful and informed. I didn’t have to wait too long and everything turned out really, really well.
I couldn’t get insurance here as that person left after 5 but I’m sure it’s equally great.
