One of their tow trucks just sped in front of me and my daughter in order to cut us off in a merge lane. The truck was so close we had to swerve to the right to avoid being hit and almost ran off the road. She was terrified. Not impressed with a company who would send irresponsible drivers out on the road.

Worst tow I’ve ever almost had. They couldn’t find me so instead of calling the number I left they called off the truck. Rudest chic ever answered the phone.

I called on a Sat afternoon, driver was super friendly. Waited only 45 mins from my Allstate roadside assistance call. I was with friends so did not go with my car, big mistake. I have been using Moutianview Garage on Pearl street for 4 yrs so I know the layout of the parking lot. I told the driver where the key drop was & just put my last name on envelopes they guys will know from my voicemail what needs to be done. Well, Monday morning I get a call from Mike, he is very concerned cause my car was left unlocked, keys on front seat & my new stereo was professionally removed. I called Reds & they said it was not possible, send them a letter of concern. I filed a complaint with my insurance agency & will never use them again. I sent my letter with receipts & never heard a word from them.

Wow it’s sure great to view the news every now and then be careful everyone they will steal your tires!!! And deny deny deny it all

Car broke down and called for a tow. The lady I spoke with asked for my name 4 times, put me on hold and forgot about me. Finally got back in touch and she said the soonest I could get a tow was 45 minutes. Had another company stop to see if I needed a tow about after ½ hour waiting and decided not to ditch Reds so said I had one on the wy. About 55 minutes of waiting I see them drive by, thinking the would turn around to get me… nope. Calked dispatch and he said he would radio the driver. About after a hour and 15 minutes of waiting I see Reds drive by me with another car they are towing. I then get a call from the driver that it would be another ½ hour before he could come and get me. Not happy… I have a dog in the car on a very hot day. Finally he gets there after waiting almost 2 hours and is trying to joke with me tht he wouldn’t run my card until I smiled. Sorry but I was in no mood to smile! I should have taken the offer from the first ow truck that stopped.
