My son wanted a skateboard for his 10th birthday. As a parent that knows nothing about skateboarding, I Googled skate shops and this one came up.
It was easy to get to and parking easy.
Walking in, greeted by 2 nice guys (one was super cute). .we told them what we were looking for and they helped us. Didn’t try to sell us some crazy board. just a nice basic one and included some stickers.
It was a good experience and will definitely go back for skate board needs in the future. Thanks guys.

35th ave and the whole family are an amazing group of people and are all extremely knowledgeable of the industry. Skater owned and operated since forever, they hook up the city properly, support the right things, and they produce the best not only gear but videos too.

These guys are great. I’ve been visiting them for over 10 years at their location on Pacific Highway. I only get in about once or twice a year and it’s not like I hang out there for a while. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in this holiday season and Jake asked, «which of your sons are the shoes for?» He remembered me without my boys and the shoes he recommended were just right. They always give great advice for the mom who doesn’t know much about the right shoes or skate gear. A top notch experience with a personal touch!
