Biscuits Pet Grooming & Playcare

Best grooming service I can imagine. We had an emergency situation. Our cat got sick and had diarrhea and it was matted all over her when my wife and I got home from work. Everywhere else we called were closed or didn’t have a cat groomer in anymore. They were closing at 630pm and we called at 6 seeing if they could take us in at 620. They said they’d be happy to take us in. We came running in at closing time and they stayed late to clean her up for us. Both groomers were very caring and thorough. They also had a pet boarding/​day care area. The people working back there were also very friendly. We saw multiple people come by to pick up there dogs and they all seemed to have very positive experiences. The entire staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. It’s always hard to find good help, especially at closing time, but the biscuits groomers blew us away with their service. We will definitely be back with our cat and dog. If you’re looking for a groomer/​day care look no further, this place is the absolute top.

Susan is the dog whisperer! Took my «special» dog in for a bath and nail trim and halfway through the visit she was in his «circle of trust». Seriously amazing, I would absolutely recommend them.

Miniature poodle (8m) bad hair cut (not completed), wouldn’t let me observe hair cut or see equipment. Red flag!
When a dogy day care won’t let you look to see where your dog is going to play with other dogs. Red flag!
When the young person answering the phone (representing the establishment) is snippy and rude. Red flag!

I’m a regular here and get my shih-​tzu groomed every few months! For $ 60 he gets a bath, haircut (I always have my dog get the puppy cut as it is easy to maintain), nails trimmed, and gland expression. They provide really good customer service and know how to take care of my dog! My only complaint is that every time I bring Simba home from the groomers, I notice they cut his nails too deep into the nail bed! They’re always bleeding. I’m taking him in again tomorrow so this time I’ll make sure to tell the employees about that because it was a reoccurring problem.

Extremely satisfied with Biscuits. My dog bounds out of the car to go in. The staff are engaged and responsive.

I have two German Shepherd Dogs. One who suffers from a ridiculous amount of anxiety.. The ladies at biscuits always make their visits very comfortable. I’ve also called and have been able to get a same day apt.. What’s better than that! My dogs do not require any special grooming, I just take them in for baths.. But They always are so soft and beautiful looking afterwards! They also do a great job clipping nails.
Bottom line is.. These ladies do an amazing job and I highly recommend them.
They also require rabies verification! Love that! It’s nice that they care enough to take that extra step!

This place is probably the BEST groomer I have ever taken my dog too! They always have time for my pup & she always leaves happy :) Prices are totally worth the service & If i get to go run some errands while they groom by pup and wait for a call— I am okay with that!

They clip my kitty’s nails, without an appointment, even when kitty is being mean. Very friendly ladies that actually remember my cat’s name! Very fair prices and centrally located in FW. I LOVE Biscuits and will not take kitty anywhere else!

Love taking my toy poodle their to get groomed. They always do a great job. Need to call a few weeks in advanced for an appointment as they are pretty busy. The only con is they never give you an exact time for when your dog will be ready for pick up.
UPDATE
I went from 4 stars to 2 stars because every time I take my dog she comes home with fleas.

My dog has gone from not being willing to even get out of the car when near any building that remotely sounded like or smelled like «dog», to feeling comfortable walking through the front door and willingly going into the grooming area without any coaxing. They take the time to welcome her & make her feel comfortable. She comes back to me exactly the way I asked, all for a very reasonable price. I appreciate the staff of Biscuits! They even gave her a toy on one of her visits around Christmas time!!!

I love Biscuits. I’ve been taking my dog here since he was six months old and he’s about a little over three years old now. The staff at Biscuits is great and they really give each dog/​animal their attention. Their prices are very reasonable too.

Excellent place that makes leaving my dogs a delight! They come home pooped out from playing and are happy to go there when we drop them off.

I called today to schedule a grooming for my pug and the soonest appointment that they had was over a week away. They were friendly over the phone and maybe they are so great that they are booked up completely but even if I did want to get in the week after next he said it was going to take 4 – 5 hours for a grooming… hmmmphhh… that seems a little too long, especially since they have limited hours. I was able to get into Simply Paws a lot sooner and their appointment times seem reasonable… I will write a review after Versace’s grooming and let you know how it turns out.

I loved Biscuits; the only reason why I’m not still going there there is because I don’t live in Federal Way anymore. And I still can’t find a good groomer on the eastside!
Biscuits was the only place where the groomers were nice to me and my dog, and they didn’t pull her hair or yank her around (like a lot of others do). Also, very affordable.
